I was provided with very good customer service. Everyone I encounter was helpful and caring. My car was returned to me in great working condition and when promised. I was provided with a loaner vehicle without any hassles and expeditiously. My car was returned to me working perfectly and Spotless.

I had a great experience with the service department ....

I had a great experience with the service department . Took my car in with a turbo problem and the drive train warranty covered the problem and they fixed my car for free . Wish all dealers and manufacturers would do the same .

Poor communication. Was never called to let me know what...

Poor communication. Was never called to let me know what was wrong with my car and how long it would take. And the loaner car was too small for my family to use. If you are going to keep my car for almost a month for something that was a factory issue I would think a similar car should have been provided.
