Drove down from Cincinnati to look at a Jeep Cherokee and was greeted by Heather King who I spoke to on the phone before making the trip down. She was so helpful to have the snow cleared off the car and warmed up. She was no nonsense and knew we were there to buy and get on our way! Isaiah worked with me for more than 2 weeks before my ubering an hour and a half to the dealership. I talked to him for roughly 15 days to find a vehicle. Both Isaiah and Josue told me that the vehicle I purchased was the only open. 4 days later the car was inoperable. They required me to pay a portion of the repair and after that, my vehicle was never able to be driven again. I am now stuck with the loan and no ontions to get me on the road.

We came in last minute to see if we could trade our wrangler in for a Grand Cherokee. As soon as we walked in Joseph greeted us asking if we had been helped we let him know no we had not and that he was the lucky winner who got to deal with us lol. We usually go to a salesman at the Chevy building( since it was last min we didn’t want to drop in on him being the last day of the year we knew it would be busy ) We were kinda nervous to go with someone new but Joseph was so nice and polite. We let him know what we were wanting to do if we even could even do it. We told him want we wanted for the trade in and where we wanted to keep our payments. He did a great job getting us what we wanted & was very fast . Joseph was very easy to talk to and deal with, we now have two favorite sales associates at Dan Cummins. We really appreciate everything they have done for us this is our 8 vehicle we have purchased with them and we will continue being a loyal customer. I found the Durango on line . Called about it , the lady put me with Tyler. He made the deal work , recommended the vehicle personally . I drove 4 hours and bought it . I am very happy with the Durango . Would recommend the Dealership and Tyler to anyone .

I was looking for a specific car with specific options and they had it along with dealers in West Palm, Florida and Houston Texas. They were about $ 10,000 less than the other two with the out the door price. I still find it hard to believe. They quoted it over the phone and I didn't quibble. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I half expected there to be a mistake or hic-up because of the much lower price but there wasn't. I have purchased 31 vehicles that I can remember and this was in the top two as far as ease, quality and professionalism. There are some, about half a dozen, where I would not even want to step foot on their lot again, but Dan Cummins CDJR I would HIGHLY recommend. By the way, I drove 712 miles to make the deal and was well worth it.
