When people are on your lot looking at cars it would be

When people are on your lot looking at cars it would be nice IF you had salesmen available to greet them. Not only was my son not able to find a sales associate but someone else looking to buy a car thought my son worked there. This place is a joke, we will take our business elsewhere where it can and will be appreciated. He called your phone number and only was able to have AI available, this is just sad that you can go to so many other places and they flock to you so quickly. This place was like a Ghost Town.

What you see is not what you get.

What you see is not what you get. The 2k off they advertise is already taken out. Plus, when you start your contract write up, they add a 2k antitheft thing, that is nonnegotiable. So, add 2k to your price, then figure taxes and all that. That's what your price will be. Remember that's about an extra 50 on the payment they are adding by adding that anti-theft.

They false advertise the price, then add 2k for some

They false advertise the price, then add 2k for some auction fee on top telling you all dealers do this, total scam to get you to come in. Dont waste your time going there unless your willing to pay 2k more than advertised price.

This dealer likes to play games.

This dealer likes to play games. They list a car at a very reasonable and competitive price, just to bring you into the showroom. Once you get there, there is 'paint protection', 'alarm' and other ridiculous fees. I called and wrote many times trying to get an OTD price for a particular vehicle for three days they gave me the run around. To add to the insult, my emails were answered clearly using AI. Definitely stay away from this circus.

This dealer is trash, i decided to call prior to my visit

This dealer is trash, i decided to call prior to my visit since I had read all the bad reviews, when I spoke to the Manager I informed her I was a cash buyer, she said we still have to run your credit regardless in case you wreck the car during a test drive, I also inquired about the $2,000 security fee, her response was "our prices are priced low anyways, the security fee is not negotiable" She was very short and rude. how do they even keep the doors open is the question. If you do go out to the dealer and would like to test drive a vehicle make sure you're ok with having an inquiry on your credit.

DON'T BUY HERE!

DON'T BUY HERE! Save vour time. Wow iust wow talk about unprofessional ike man do these guys even know what thev're doing??? Wasved 4 hours the car had two bald tires and airbag light on, they agreed to repair those we went through all the numbers, HOWEVER they will not sell you a car without selling you the $1,999 security system which isn't even installed. I negotiated to remove the $1,999 securitv svstem and trade for a Powertrain warrantv thev want to charge $2,999 for. I took the purchase contract to my credit unionafter they ran my credit thru 8 different banks!!!! I received the draft letter and upon return to the dealership they forgot to inform me that the car is $1700 & 2 vears back due in tags & dmv fees and so now want to rewrite the contract and they want to charge me the additional $1,700 on top of the $2999 warranty. e $4700 on top of the advertised sales price. SCAMMERS

How are they still in business?

How are they still in business? They don’t answer phone calls, won’t call back, can’t send pictures. They paid how much for the AI to speak to you? This dealership is a scam somebody please do something about them. Do NOT do business with them.

They have 2000 optional but mandatory fee.

They have 2000 optional but mandatory fee. You can't buy the car without it. Please add 2k to the price (at least). I didn't buy after this - just whole day was spent

This is a scam.

This is a scam. I tried to order a transmission from them and after 4 weeks of calling they just hung up on me and blocked my number from 4 different phones. Plus the email address isn't real
