How are they still in business? They don’t answer phone calls, won’t call back, can’t send pictures. They paid how much for the AI to speak to you? This dealership is a scam somebody please do something about them. Do NOT do business with them.

They have 2000 optional but mandatory fee.
They have 2000 optional but mandatory fee. You can't buy the car without it. Please add 2k to the price (at least). I didn't buy after this - just whole day was spent

This is a scam.
This is a scam. I tried to order a transmission from them and after 4 weeks of calling they just hung up on me and blocked my number from 4 different phones. Plus the email address isn't real

The general manager Deb was extremely rude and combative
The general manager Deb was extremely rude and combative over the phone. She repeatedly talked over me and raised her voice, even though I remained calm and was simply trying to ask questions. I asked her if I had offended her in any way, and she said no but continued to behave unprofessionally.

1 star is one too many.
1 star is one too many. Booked a test drive and when I arrived nobody seemed to work there. Found a guy in a cubicle who among the first things he said i had to add 2000 to the listed price to some weird alarm or security system. Since i was already there i thought i could at least test drive the car, an EV. The guy comes back after a while and tells me he can't open the doors of the car since the battery is completely depleted! Stay away!

I bought the Lexus RX450 hybrid here in 2021.
I bought the Lexus RX450 hybrid here in 2021. They added $1k to track stolen vehicle and $2500 extended warranty. I have sold the vehicle and trying to cancel the extended warranty, no one in the office able to do. They make me running around emailing and coming to the office. No one in the office in the marking the manager showing up after 5pm. They don’t care and no phone responding or emailing responding.

We'll all I have to say is your pricing is good, but you have a 1 star rating and do not care. If anyone tells you that you have to purchase a security system, or a dealer add on. Tell them no you do not. Report them to the secretary of state also FCC and you can do both online which I will be doing next. The law clearly states in California Add-ons are not required. If a dealership sells you such add on either without your consent or based on your understanding it is not optional, this is a claim of fraud under California's consumer protection statutes like the consumers legal remedies act or the unfair competition law you can contact the auto fraud legal center. We need to do our part and close these places down. If they advertise like 4 to 5 thousand less than others in the area for a car than they are breaking the law when they try to add $2000 of ad on. Get mad.

I just got blown off the phone by the rudest F & I person
I just got blown off the phone by the rudest F & I person in the world. As a pre-qualified credit union buyer she wasn't interested in offering me competitive in-house financing and she wanted to fluff the price with a $,1999 security add-on which is non-negotiable. "or go buy a car somewhere else." RUDE!.
