No good
Drove a 120 miles round trip to the dealership to test drive a car listed for $14,990, then agreed to buy. However, the final price is close to $19,000 plus tax. Dealer processing fee is $800 plus a recon (?) fee bring the price of the car to $19,000. No where on their ad shows these kinds of fee. Such a waist of my time.

Don’t buy anything from ez cars sales they are rip
I had a horrible experience, the sales person lied to my face about the car I brought and it was a lemon. It didn’t last long. Broke down within the first two months than they didn’t honor my warranty. Was the most horrible experience.

Friendly staff
I went with a friend to help buy a car for him and the experience with ez auto was great. No scams or sleazy aggressive tactics which I really appreciated, and everyone was personable. I would recommend and will check them out for my next vehicle.

EZ AUTO FALSIFIED PAPERWORK/CAR FAILED INSPECTION
On October 21, 2021, I bought a used gray Bentley. I told Matt, the salesman that I refused to buy a used car that I can not take for pre-inspection before hand. Consequently, the sales person Matt told both me that I would have 30 days to return the car and I could have the car inspected as allowed for in the agreement. Matt then gave me one key with a low battery that he promised to replace and said he would send the other set of keys. The right rear tire flattened immediately which meant the tires were not in great shape as he attested. I also immediately noted that the dash board light panels did not light up the speedometer, the gas capacity indicator, or any other indicators which so I am unable to drive the car at night. Then when I went to fill up the gas (because he refused to fill the gas tank), the gas cap cover broke off in my hand because previously it had been sealed with Epoxy glue. When I tried to call him, at first he told me he would call me to let me know when he could service my vehicle but then he blocked my number so I sent two emails and visited his office three times. He claims he sold the car “as-is” however, as a dealer he is required by to write down everything that is wrong with the vehicle before they sell it. I then took the car to a certified mechanic and they stated the rear ties and rotors needed replacing as well as the instrumentation panel needed illuminating. This company also refused to abide by their oral representation that they would allow me to take the car to have it inspected and reimburse . Lastly, although Matt told me he would, the company failed to fix defective tires that they knew were defective when they sold the vehicle, replace the dying battery in the key, and give me a second set of keys. Most importantly, this dealership should never have sold a car that a driver cannot drive at night because neither the speedometer nor the gas capacity indicator is illuminated. When I met with the owner on November 19th to return the car, he told me that all cars are non-refundable; nor can they be returned. So why does the agreement state that all cars can be driven off the lot to be inspected? Even worse, the owner of the car lot stated that he did not even know that the speedometer/dashboard was not illuminated. This car was never inspected before it was put on the lot because such a car will not even pass inspection. Now my tags are dead and the owner is refusing to refund my money. I was scammed! Buyers beware!!!!! In order to ensure that I was operating a safe vehicle that met the criteria outlined in the commonwealth inspection criteria, I actually took the vehicle to Bentley Tysons. It was Bentley’s Tyson determination THE VEHICLE I PROCURED FROM EZ. AUTO SALES HAD ACTUALLY FAILED INSPECTION BASED ON THE COMMONWEALTH’S INSPECTION CRITERIA AND EZ SALES AUTO FALSIFIED INSPECTION PAPERWORK TO INCORRECTLY PERPETUATE A FALSEHOOD THAT THE CAR THEY SOLD HAD PASSED INSPECTION WHEN INDEED IT HAD NOT. Even then, EZ AUTO SALES REFUSED TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE TO BRING IT UP TO INSPECTION CRITERIA. BUYER BEWARE. I have reported EZ AUTO SALES to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, CAR GURU, and the office of the Attorney General for defrauding me.

Great guys, great prices, and great experience!
I was looking for a truck for my husband and I came across EZ Auto Sales website and found exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I went in today to see if what was described on the website was actually true and it was. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Great guys Matt and Steve. They had another truck that I was interested in so we ended up buying both trucks from here and the process was actually pretty quick. Highly recommend this place.

Where to start, I bought a 2012 silver Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The interior of the vehicle is in great shape. First thing I noticed was the transmission dip stick was missing. it looked like it had been gone a while so I told my Salesman (Alex) that I was concerned about it. he offered to have it checked out by their mechanic and replace the dip stick. Also offered a dealers warranty on the engine and transmission for one year. ( I think I was going to get that anyway) Once I drove the SUV I noticed a vibration while going down the road. I pointed this out to the salesman and he noticed it as well. I told him that I wanted to take the vehicle to my mechanic so that he can check out it at which time the sales man offered to reimburse me the cost or pay the mechanic directly as long as it wasn't inflated Dealership pricing for service. Longer story short My mechanic found that the tires needed to be replace to fix the vibration and the power steering fluid need to be flushed and replaced. I sent the invoice back to Mega Auto sales. I have not been able to get the sales man nor his manager to return any of my phone calls to discuss the reimbursement as agreed. I would not under any circumstance recommend anyone to do business with these people. it has been over two weeks since I sent them the invoice and I doubt I will ever see the money but I think I will keep them tied up in a law suit for the next few years. I may loose but it will cost them more than the $1200 to beat me.
