I arrived without an appointment as I was unaware that

I arrived without an appointment as I was unaware that one was needed. I had an urgent issue with my Escape. I am from Michigan here in Florida for a month’s vacation. My porter, Dave was excellent! Not once did I feel that I was a problem having no appointment. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently and was soon on my way. I highly recommend this dealership for service!! Thanks again, Dave!!!!!

Had an appointment for an oil change, all went well. Service rep was polite and professional. Timeframe was acceptable, lounge was comfortable - bathroom was clean.

Autonation Ford Lincoln of Orange Park is conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful. Much of the staff has been there for many years and that speaks volumes. This is very important to me and helpful retaining my confidence and loyalty. I feel recognized as well as appreciated. I can't imagine going to another dealership for anything. The service on arrival was pitiful and slow and the requests made were not taken into account by the service advisor. It was like he was doing me a favour and was disgruntled at best.

Sadly there is nothing you can do for me to make amends as I am traveling and am in western Florida. However you could and should take what I said to heart and review your processes and procedures and more especially your staff to improve things so as they meet the usually accepted Ford Customer standards. I have been driving Fords since 1969 and can tell you this is probably the worst service I have received. David

Go no further and visit Walt Saunders! He will give you every ounce of effort to meet all your needs. His loyalty to do so is bar none. And his professionalism and friendliness are equally outstanding. He means what he says and says what he means. We will always shop Auotonation from now on! The previous two times there to get my vehicle serviced

The previous two times there to get my vehicle serviced as part of the Ford maintenance plan my service rep was David Craddock. He has taken excellent care of my needs. Wayne, who guides customers to service writers and does all sorts of other stuff, has always been a welcomed smile when I arrive at 0645.

The emergency repair service was fast, friendly, accommodating and wonderful service! I had to have my vehicle towed o the dealership, problem was identified and repairs were made quickly.

Had a major recall and when I went in at my appointment

Had a major recall and when I went in at my appointment time they didn't have the parts. So I decided to get an oil change while there. I got my new truck after the oil change with a new door ding! They only repair these on Fridays according to the service manager, I can only come in on a Monday and am told Friday or no repair. I've purchased several new and used vehicles here and am will be going elsewhere for service and purchases from now on.

I use Ford Autonation for all my work on my Focus ST. I've always had great service and they are very profesional. They are very appreciative of military and just bring a great optimistic atmosphere to the place. I 100% recommend them.
