Don't waste your time with this place! Incompetent salesmen who waste your time playing games. I was looking to purchase a new truck last week, and was in talks over the phone & email with a salesperson to drive to their location to test drive and (potentially) buy a truck. Sales guy sends me an email a day later with 4 additional trucks that says "I wanted to let you know that we have just lowered our prices to quickly move our current inventory and make room for new arrivals!" -I respond and say I'm interested in coming in to see one of those trucks as well, since it has been heavily discounted on their own website. I'm talking to the salesman all morning last week asking about its history since it's branded a buyback/lemon by Ford and I finally call the guy that afternoon to tell him I'm on my way in to make the 3 hour drive. He replies "we sold that truck on Friday." I asked him why he failed to mention that over the phone that same morning, and why he sent me an email the day before advertising that truck in the first place, when it had sold 4 days prior. He made no apology, and blamed me for asking him service history questions about too many trucks (which at the time was 2...). Frustrated with a salesman who apparently can't communicate, doesn't know what their own inventory is, and cannot differentiate between 2 different trucks, I called back asking for a service manager. They connect me to a guy named Jake, and I attempt to fill him in on the situation and also wanted to ask him to verify that the other truck I wanted to view in fact existed on their lot and wasn't sold either. Jake starts shouting over me saying he doesn't want to hear anything further about my issues with the other salesman, oh, and Suprise! -that truck that had apparently been sold wasn't sold, it was still on the lot. He tells me it's not their fault that an "auto email" got sent out. He claims the auto email posted a discounted sale price that was in error and proceeded to treat me like I was an idiot for BELIEVING THEIR POSTED PRICE. Must be nice to be able to just blame technology and not take accountability for errors on your own website. And talking down to/patronizing customers who want to give you $75K for a truck, that's a real great idea Jake! I don't think Jake is "playing with a full deck" as the saying goes - I've never been treated so poorly by a salesperson, he tried ending our convo by repeatedly screaming "what do you want?!" Straight-up unhinged.

A womens perspective
A family friendly dealership. All persons I dealt with were down to earth and easy to work with. Made the car buying experience for me a pleasure.

A great buying experience
They had my jeep cherokee in showroom condition, and in its own showroom! I was treated like a vip from start to signing. For my first car purchase in a long time, I was extremely happy with my buying experience.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Klein Ford! From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was dealing with the right dealership - no hassle, they listened to what I needed, and I had full confidence that I was getting exactly what I asked for! I've now purchased two new cars and one used car from this dealership, and I'm definitely going back for another used car for our middle daughter who is about to start driving. Will, Clint, Adam and the sales team have always had my best interest in mind and knowing my safety concerns on used cars, and have been very thorough in walking me through what fits best based on those concerns. As with any vehicle new or used (but especially used) purchasing a warranty is a must for my family and I...it would appear that all negative reviews I've read have to do not with the dealership, but with the lack of extended warranty coverage - unfortunate that customers choose to associate this lapse in their judgement with the integrity of the dealership. You will not be disappointed in your experience - great team, great vehicles, great experience!

We sold this customer a 2007 Toyota Tundra on 2/26/2020 with 135,968 miles on it. The vehicle came with a 1 month 1,000 mile power train warranty and she was offered an extended service contract at an additional charge, she declined the additional coverage. On 12/15/2020 she contacted our dealership and stated she had an issue with her transmission. At that time she stated she had about 150,000 miles on the vehicle. She has owned the vehicle for 10 months and has put 15,000 miles on it and is out of any warranty coverage.
Very Satisfied With The Buying Process
We drove over an hour to view the car we saw on line to see in person. We felt very welcomed and was given information without pressure to purchase. All questions were answered and if Jake did not have the answer he immediately found someone who had the information.

1st time custome, 1 hr drive, poor vehicle rtising
After finding a vehicle on their FB page (vehicle photos and ad description looked great-2011 Volkswagon Routan SE minivan ). And google business page has a high star rating, I went with trusting traveling the 1 hr trip to look at vehicle with high hopes of buying it the same day. But upon arriving at dealership, Major body damage (which you can't see in dealership advertising photos, nor did ad state 'current body damage', so the buyer can beware and make decision from ad, if they'd want to buy with this major eyesore flaw (a big hole and scratches in the bumper). There was also some surface rust, which is also not listed in ad...but more livable with and an easy fix, compared to the 'hole' in bumper, from some kind of accident. Salesman said he was not even made aware from service technicians that this vehicle had this current major damage. At end of day, no sale made, I wasn't even asked if I'd buy it for less (seeing I traveled so far), so that I could at least use the extra money off to fix bumper. But in the end, not buying could be a blessing. Meaning, if this major accident flaw was not listed in ad, who knows what other underlying issues this vehicle has. My 'trust' in this dealership, after today, is basically close to none.

Great Service
I visited Klein to test drive a new Ford Ranger. I worked with Stefani and she was awesome. Great customer service and she was able to answer all my questions. I ended up buying the truck and Stefani made that an easy process too.

First time buyer - Great experience
Wonderful experience, and thriled with my new ride! From the moment I reached out, Jake and Clint were responsive, positive, helpful and truly interested in helping me navigate the car buying process. Although my dream car was located 2 hours away, Jake and Clint made me feel comfortable and confident not only about the vehicle’s condition, obtaining the best financing, but also in the dealership’s honesty, integrity and reliability. Thank you again Klein Ford for helping me buying my first car (a Subaru WRX) on my own!
