Lacking honesty.

Lacking honesty. Gave three stars because they did give a good quote, but it was for the one color I specifically stated I did not want from the onset. Then after the color was changed no one said a word about increase in price. Wasted my time. All I asked was just be upfront and honest.

I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has

I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I’ve read all over the Internet where they break constantly and our junk. Grieco FORD does not stand behind their product either. I’m quite disappointed. I highly recommend you buy a Toyota or a Nissan Ford doesn’t stand behind their products.

They are completely dishonest, not transparent and a xxxxxxxx. Please, keep away from them! I bought a 2021 Eco Sport paid cash and they made a collectible agency to contact me!

Shoutout to this dealership for sending out a magazine

Shoutout to this dealership for sending out a magazine with a scratch-off ticket that screams “YOU WON!”, only to reveal in the fine print that your prize is actually based on a code printed next to the ticket and entirely unrelated to your results. Spoiler: the scratch-off part is just for show. You didn’t win. Nobody did. But hey, at least the illusion was fun for five seconds. It’s the kind of marketing that makes you wonder if someone sat in a meeting and said, “You know what’ll really build trust with potential customers? A fake lottery!” I hope the bump in foot traffic was worth the negative reviews you’re going to get — if this is how you try to start a customer relationship, I can only imagine how the rest of the experience would go.

If it would allow a Zero Star Rating, I would go with that. Made an online inquiry to purchase a vehicle and an outsourced "offsite" person called me to make an appointment to see the car. When I actually talked to someone from the dealership, Justin took my info and then passed it to Melissa. Melissa re asked me all the same information I had already provided to Justin. Melissa kept pushing for me to come in and said management did not "feel comfortable" providing me an offer on my trade in without seeing it in person. So how are online transactions with home delivery done? I provided my VIN and photos of the vehicle; I wanted an Out the Door Price before driving 4 hours to the dealership and wasting my time. They constantly played the numbers game which is the opposite of what the online pricing says, no hassle upfront pricing. They acted like they were doing me a favor honoring the online $1000 off coupon I was entitled too, then they turned around and added a $983.56 PDI charge on top of the vehicle, I have the worksheet to prove it. They wanted to play games with the numbers when their website literally spells out every single charge that's included and not included, said she would remove a $700 LoJack system to lower the price of the vehicle for me, online says it and 2 years of activation are INCLUDED in the quoted price of the vehicle, not saving me anything. Called me to say they made a mistake that vehicle has already been sold but they had a Platinum instead. Dishonest as they come, I just bought a new F150 down the street at Autonation Ford 45 days ago, guess that's where I will be heading to buy my Expedition. They provide upfront pricing fair dealer fees and don't have add Ons and play around.

Kenny was my salesperson who did a great job with the sale of a used Lexus RX350 suv. This was an online purchase and luckily he worked with my friends who were available to test drive and look over the vehicle. Overall a good experience.
