I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with this service
I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with this service department, and it’s consistently the same story: incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. I own a high-performance truck, and every time it goes in, something goes wrong. Warranty issues always take 3+ visits before they’re even close to being resolved. A simple oil change turned into a complete disaster when the technicians didn’t even screw the oil cap back on, dumping oil all over my engine bay and causing further mechanical problems. The service reps constantly make promises they don’t keep, avoid calls, and rarely communicate updates. The mechanics are careless at best, incompetent at worst. Instead of solving problems, they create new ones. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s a pattern. If you value your vehicle and your time, avoid Greico Ford Delray Beach service department. Don’t trust these people with your car.

Lacking honesty.
Lacking honesty. Gave three stars because they did give a good quote, but it was for the one color I specifically stated I did not want from the onset. Then after the color was changed no one said a word about increase in price. Wasted my time. All I asked was just be upfront and honest.

I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I’ve read all over the Internet where they break constantly and our junk. Grieco FORD does not stand behind their product either. I’m quite disappointed. I highly recommend you buy a Toyota or a Nissan Ford doesn’t stand behind their products.

The worst.
The worst. I dropped off my 2016 Ford Mustang eco-boost for a P0303 code which is a misfire. I received a text message telling me that my engine was blown to the tune of 12 K Hello, the car wasn’t even worth $12,000 But my service guy wants to know do I still want an oil change? Needless to say I pulled the car from there because they have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. A P0 303 code is a misfire, so they misdiagnosed the car completely I took the car to an establishment in Boca, who diagnose the car and said the engine absolutely is not blown, and tore it down, finding a PCV valve oil leak in which they fixed. Since that time the check engine lights been off the car is running perfectly. The car has never overheated , stalled or stammered. Everything has been Cleaned, and inspected to be in great working condition. Spark plugs, fuel injectors and Etc. I’m so disappointed you would think by taking a Ford car back to Ford that they would treat it with a higher respect but they don’t. I don’t know what happened to customer service because they certainly do not have any I wouldn’t advise taking your vehicle there for any reason. I’m so disappointed. But I would run very far away and never ever take your car to Greco Ford in Delray. They are the worst. I give them a negative one rating and that’s even too high. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And whoever diagnosed my car should be fired. I do not recommend this shop for any reason. -0 rating I have bought 4 cars from Margate, Ford not that they’re any better. They have Their challenges as well. But they’re a lot more accommodating in trying to assist. Needless to say, I will never ever recommend or use Greico Ford in Delray and wouldn’t advise anybody to use their service department. -0 rating.

The photos they provided did not show major issues like deep scratches with rust, severely worn tires, and an engine oil leak. I was promised by the salesperson Tanner that cosmetic issues would be fixed before delivery, but they never were. He also said he would send touch-up paint — it's been over 2 months and nothing arrived. I reached out to the manager Jeffrey, but the issue remains unresolved. I now have a damaged car that wasn’t honestly represented. Be very cautious if you're buying remotely from this dealership

Sebastian was very helpful and after some negotiation we
Sebastian was very helpful and after some negotiation we settled on a price we both agreed on. I had to drive almost 3 hours to go get the truck from him and I’d do it again any day. If you’re buying a vehicle from Greco Ford ask for Sebastian because he topped my diesel off and detailed it for me. Great experience 10/10.

We had a very poor experience at Grieco Ford of Delray.
We had a very poor experience at Grieco Ford of Delray. We went in to test a Mustang Mach E EV but the first salesperson knew nothing about the car. The second person was slightly better but kept us waiting for over an hour both on the day of our test drive and the next day when we went back to make a purchase. The sales manager, Jeff, offered us extra FordPass points to make up for our inconvenience; however, to date we've received neither the standard points for purchasing a new car nor any discretionary bonus. After six months, I finally phoned Ford directly to sort the matter out. We are very happy with the Mach E, but Grieco left a very bad taste in our mouth so we need to find a more reputable dealership for service.
