I worked with Dale at the Sheboygan location. I had the best service I have ever experienced purchasing a new car. The process wasn’t dreadful, but exciting! I have nothing but great things to say about how the ease of purchase and friendly environment made this experience so delightful! Dale made sure that this was the right car for me before I continued with the sale and provided all the information I would need on it. Service was top notch and I would 10/10 certainly recommend Van Horn to anyone looking for a new ride!

I have gone to Van Horn VW for two different vehicles
I have gone to Van Horn VW for two different vehicles now. Unfortunately, I totaled the first car I got from them. I went back and requested Dale as my salesman as he was so pleasant to work with the first time. I showed up and within hours I left with a new car. Dale is extremely kind, and even gave me a sandwich from his personal lunch when I said I was hungry and hadn’t eaten dinner. The staff at this dealership are extremely professional. They make you feel welcomed and do not pressure you to buy unless the vehicle is a perfect fit for you. I will continue to go back to this dealership as long as I purchase vehicles.
