The person that was supposed to call me back never did. I made five attempts and left two messages for the person at Cloninger Ford to call me back, AND left theme that I left house heading to Salisbury. Instead, they sent an EMAIL while I was traveling to Cloninger Ford in Salisbury. How stupid can they be!!! THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK...WHAT A WASTED TRIP!!!! The salesperson I interacted with was very nice and apologized for the poor communication.

Horrible service manger tony
I called in 2 weeks ago and spoke to Hanna and john in the service department about a recall letter and was told to bring my car to the dealership on july 11 2023 at 8:15am when i got there they couldnt find the appointment so Tiffnay came out and told us we needed to make an apoinment as i infomed her that I did already and the lincoln recall department asked me to speak to the service manager has they would know what to do about this recall. So i asked to speak to the service department manger Tony. tony was very rude and condescending. not once did he apologize for the inconvenience. He pointed out that he recived the recall letter and that the car would not catch fire like the letter states. As i tried to explain more he keep cutting me off and again being very rude at this point my husband got upset and tried to speak up for me and Tony then pointed is finger in his face and told him to watch his month like he was a child. at this point it was time to leave because the disrepect at this time was unbearable

Great All Around Experience
I came in after making an appointment, when I arrived there was no time wasted they quickly got me into a vehicle for a test drive. When I got back we started working on payments and they were able to help me out and get me out with the vehicle. The only downfall was the time it took for the financial person to get me signing paperwork. Overall it was a great experience with no pressure.
