It is evident customer service and customer satisfaction is a top priority. Nate, the GM, was terrific and made the car buying experience incredibly easy and straight forward. There was never any pressure to buy or add more than we needed. Not only did Nate get us the car we wanted (and at a great price) but he kept us in the loop through the process.

Disappointing . . . Beware
Disappointing experience. Like so many car dealers, they slip items on your purchase without going over them, such as the idiotic "vin etching". They will take advantage of the experienced car buyer. Beware. Avoid Roger Pace.

Although you were not here, please know that all fees were disclosed through our entire process (from our proposal sheets through the actual delivery) to the customer who was very happy when they left. Nate and Yuriy are awesome ! They were upfront professional courteous and caring. They worked very hard for us and the speed at which they did everything was incredible. This will absolutely be my new dealership !!!

Great experience at Harte Volkswagen
Harte Volkswagen was a pleasure to deal with. We made an appointment and when we arrived our car was ready to take for a ride and the salesman was friendly and helpful. Seamless process to buy the vehicle, and it was detailed inside and out. I feel like I lucked out finding a used car here.
