I took the 6 hour trip from Charleston South Carolina to the town of Cedarville, GA which I had never heard of before. From the time of me the 1st phone call, the assistant manager whose name was Joseph was very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. It was this experience over the phone that gave me the confidence that they would stand behind the vehicle. Purchasing a used car from a dealership can be an agonizing process, but Joseph made the transaction as seamless as possible. Because I am also a technician, I requested that the vehicle to be put on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage. At that point the general manager, Authur got involved. Because I am also a technician, I requested that the vehicle to be put on a left so I could inspect the undercarriage. Again, the staff went above beyond what I expected and took a personal interest in my concerns regarding the vehicle. Knowing that the assistant manager and general manager were both involved in my transaction for a premium car gives me confidence that if they will do this for a used car that they will also do it for every customer that walks through their doors. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had and I would not be surprised at all followed up that dealership again for my next purchase in the future.
