We bought our granddaughter her first car and she has a baby and this car is a xxx... It has set for 3 months because axle shaft broke, we just bought a new one and put it in and didn't even get it out of the garage and it broke the new one... We found out the car has been totaled which I asked if it had any accidents etc and they flat out lied and said no accidents ... They ripped us off and my 18 yr old granddaughter single mom has spent so much money on this car it isn't even funny!!!!! We will be filing a small claim lawsuit against this establishment... Do not buy anything from them!!!! They flat lied to my husband and I about the car never being in an accident when infact it has been totaled plus her sunroof blew out of the car going down the road!!!! Anyone who takes someone's hard earned money knowing that a car is junk is no good in our eyes and I will be spreading the word around so no one else will buy their junk... Our granddaughter has only had this car since Decof 2023...

This guy is why used car salesman get such a bad rap. He played that role from the start and continues to. He has people run interference with his phone calls and won't return your calls when you leave a message. Don't trust and be sure to verify if you dare do business with him

Avoid this place like the plague! Would leave minus 5 stars if I could. Went there on a Friday with my sister to try out a Porsche Cayenne. Even though several things were wrong with it, she decided to put a deposit down on it. ($500 cash) She informed him she would be back to complete the purchase after she got the rest of funds from her bank. He never would return her calls after she left several messages with him to let him know we were coming back with the rest of the funds to complete sale of vehicle. We drove up to business during regular business hours the following Tuesday and no one was there. While we were waiting on this joker to call back so we could finish sale, we decided to walk around vehicle again. We were shocked to discover that sometime during the 3 days the vehicle was on his lot extensive damage had been done to the back of the vehicle that would cost hundreds if not thousands to repair. It looked as if the garage door came down on the back of it since he did have it stored inside the garage. Then when it was brought to his attention he had the nerve to try and say that the extensive damage was there previously when we initially looked at the vehicle! I am a car guy. I am very detail orientated and meticulous when it comes to vehicles. Had this damage been on that vehicle when we initially looked at it, I would have informed my sister to walk away and to never have left a deposit. Then to add insult to injury, this sneaky snake refused to return her $500 deposit! The guy is nothing but a crook. Plain and simple. He is just missing the sign on his shirt to make you aware of it! I have purchased countless vehicles for over forty years now and have never been to a dealership that refused to return a deposit. I will warn anyone and everyone that I run into that is looking for a vehicle to avoid "The Rip Off Ranch" like the plague! In hindsight, after reading several other negative reviews this joker rips people off on a regular basis. He needs to be taken to court a few times in the hopes he may realize it's flat out wrong to lie, steal, and cheat people out of their hard earned money. Can only sum it up in one word......xxxxxxx!

On 22 Jan, I called prior to making an hour plus drive to verify the car was in fact onsite/available and was assured it was. I indicated i would be up in slightly over an hour and was assured they would be there and open. Long story short the car was not there nor was the owner/sales . A sign was on the door which indicated they had stepped away for a minute-waited 30 minutes and called. Again I was assured the owner would be right back as would the car. So I waited another 20 minutes and he arrived with groceries for his coffee store behind the dealership. I asked about the car again and was told it would be back in just a minute . Waited another 20 minutes and he came and explained that the car was actually at the auction 30/40 minutes away and they had not left yet. Suggesting I come the following day (!@#$) . This is not a a customer should be treated I withdrew an significant amount of money and wasted 1/2 day only to be lied to or at best completely misled. Completely avoidable and disrespectful

We have purchased several from them. They also have a great coffee shop too. See them to buy a vehicle or just a coffee. We will for sure be return customers.

I got a good deal on my car, and I ended up going back for some slight repairs a few weeks later. Each time they were very friendly and gave really helpful tips on top of the quick service. I will definitely be going back to them for any future repairs and/or my next car!

I stopped by looking for a used vehicle and the two were very friendly & helpful! I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle there because I was looking for something specific.

We were searching for a used car in the Anderson area, but ventured out to Alexandria and we couldn't believe how much cheaper their prices were. We are very pleased with our purchase and will shop there from now on.
