If I could give zero stars I would!! This dealership sold me a modified VW GTI. The modifications included no muffler, no catalytic converter, no resonator and a huge straight pipe running from the turbo to the tailpipe. The sales person basically pushed a warranty on me saying I really needed it. I paid over $3,000 for that warranty only later to find out the warranty is basically worthless! The warranty place told me they do not do warranties on modified vehicles such as mine and the sales person should have known better that they don’t do warranties on modified vehicles. I have spent two years trying to get my money back. I submitted everything they required. It’s alway one thing or another with them and now my phone messages get unanswered and my email get ignored. I’m tired of waiting!! Don’t do business with this company they are crooks!!

Not talkative or friendly. Very odd. When I provided reasoning for lower price, the next email I got was a complete denial from the manager. They're looking to rob customers it seems.

Told me lies to get me to buy a vehicle that was unsafe to drive, THEY COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEBODY CLAIMING THAT THE VEHICLE RAN AND DROVE GREAT WHEN IN FACT THE REAR AXLE WAS LOOSE

Please don't purchase any vehicles from this auto dealer. They are cheating and lying. I bought a bus but they didn't reveal that registration was expired for 2 years. I found it later and they want me to pay half of the fees. Not fully honest. My mechanic found that Cadylac Converter was missing. They didn't tell me in advance. It is cheating. I asked to fix it or adjust the price of purchasing price and they said they will fix it, so trusted thus company and later my mechanic said they didn't put the right part and welding is not complete so it makes big noise. I complained about it and manager Tia said she trust their mechanic, which means they fixed correctly. It is lying. She said she will talked to the owner and get back to me. I waited 3 days, but no responses. I visited the office and she gave me lots of excuses not to be responsible. I briefly mentioned that I may take this matter to the court and she said I threatened her. She stop talking to me. This dealer is not honest and cheating and lying to customers. Be extreamly careful.

These guys sold me a complete lemon. The vehicle costs twice as much to repair then I paid for it. It drove for one month and the power steering died the whole system is bad plus a host of other issues. The dealership promised us they had a mechanic look over the car before it came on to the lot

They sold junk car..I bought car...it was trash...i will never buy car...star auto ..do not buy..this dealer
