One of the worst dealerships.

One of the worst dealerships. Avoid going there and be aware of what they say and offer. I bought certified pre owned 2024 GLS in August the 2nd. They posted it as certified and passed 138 points of inspection. I took a test drive and the AC wasn't working. The sales rep "Mario Lopez" said he is surprised about that and took it to the maintenance. The maintenance said it was low on freon. I asked to double check for any leaks or compressor issues and provide paperwork saying they went through testing and checking process. I paid what they asked for and the general manager "Sean" agreed to do that. Sean said this will take few days and the vehicle will be delivered at my place in 4 days. The kept the car for a week without anyone calling me. I called everyday to check if the car has been checked and fixed, didn't get an answer. Called Mario, Sean, Alfonso from finance department, and maintenance. All of them said will check and call you back. No one called back. After one week, I received the vehicle and the AC wasn't working. They provided paperwork from maintenance saying was check and working properly. I took it to different dealership in San Diego at the same day I received it from Oxnard. They checked it and found leak in the AC valve. They replaced it and fixed the issue. It took me two weeks to get the car working properly. They are dishonest when they said certified as you cannot certify it with AC issue. They told me this car was used as a loaner car and the service manager was using it personally!!! I haven't received my free SiriusXM subscription yet. I asked for it many times but no luck.

Very disappointed in the service department.

Very disappointed in the service department. When I called to make annual service appointment. I was not aware my car warranty expired. Took my car for an oil change. When I checked in, they never told me there would be a charge for my visit. After my car was complete I was told I owed 400.00. I questioned why I was being charged. I was told they told me when I made my appointment that my warranty expired. They absolutely never said anything because I would have asked how much my service would cost and would NEVER agree to a $400.00 oil change and car wash. Very disappointed that I never got notification from Mercedes of my warranty expired and that I was lied to by service department that they told me ahead of time. Updated Review: Mercedes Manager, Matt Kelleher, immediately called me after receiving my email and my concerns. Matt apologized and we agreed upon a resolution that was satisfactory to my original complaint. I was very impressed that Matt called me on a Sunday within an hour of me sending the email. This is great customer service acknowledging in a timely manner. Thank you Matt!

Wish there was an option for no stars.

Wish there was an option for no stars. This dealership tried a bait and switch with trying to tack on additional hidden fees under the premise of “dealer installed options” for an upholstery protectant. When confronted the sales rep Hugo and acting manager, Charles admitted they quoted a price that they could not honor after arriving in-person. Save your time and avoid this dealership at all costs.

Dishonest Sales Tactics – Beware I drove 2 hours from Upland to buy a used 2024 Ford Mustang from Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard after being quoted $39,900 over the phone by a rep named Hugo. When I arrived, they added a surprise $1,400 "Zurich Shield" fee that was never mentioned — not on the phone, not online, nowhere. When I pushed back, the manager, Charles, was dismissive and claimed it was in the fine print. Even Hugo admitted he never told me about the charge. As a disabled paraplegic, it took extra effort to make the trip, and I feel misled and taken advantage of. Shady, deceptive, and unethical. Avoid this dealership unless you enjoy hidden fees and wasted time.

I had an issue with purchasing a used vehicle.

I had an issue with purchasing a used vehicle. After posting here the general manager contacted me and the issue was satisfactorily resolved. If you are having issues and you are sending emails to Ashley Adams. I think she is a.i. Pick up the phone and call the sales manager.

Mercedes Benz of Oxnard is an outstanding dealership for

Mercedes Benz of Oxnard is an outstanding dealership for purchasing a car. From the moment we called to when we got there until we left. No pressure; they made you feel welcomed as part of a new family member. We drove from Lake Elsinore to Oxnard because Jesse(J-Rod, as my husband named him) was a warm and caring salesperson. He listened to our needs and provided the benefits of meeting our needs. We came to Oxnard Mercedes via my ADP company perks program. The presentation and information on the website were clear and truthful. Each time a staff member at Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard walked by, they took the time to make you feel welcome and shared a story about the value of getting a car that you would be happy with. I didn't leave feeling hustled or overwhelmed. I left the store with my new vehicle and had tremendous peace of mind. On top of that, Jesse (J-Rod) texted us to make sure we made it safe to return home. Thank MB for Oxnard for a great experience!

Appreciated the ease of viewing and making the final

Appreciated the ease of viewing and making the final purchase of our vehicle. The salesman, Asrin, was very attentive, personable and knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive. The general manager went the extra mile to assure our satisfaction with our purchase. Dealership was very accommodating and delivered our vehicle to Santa Maria in the evening. Excellent customer service.

Purchased on 11/9/2024, excellent experience. Matt from sales did an outstanding job, I was an out of state buyer so required a lot of his time. While I had a lot of questions Matt made this the best car purchase experience. If they sell the type of car you are buying I highly recommend working with this dealer.
