The salesperson, Charlie Albanese provided excellent customer service. He was courteous, respectful, and took time to answer my questions and demonstrate the features. Upon picking up the vehicle he helped me set up various settings. It was a pleasure to work with him. Over the years, a bought or leased many vehicles through Charlie.

Terrible service, incompetent they treat you like you are
Terrible service, incompetent they treat you like you are a moron. My 2025 Chevrolet equinox went in for the first service On January 3, 2026 simple lube oil filter oil change oil percentage was at 19% and the tire rotation and relearn. 6000 miles on the vehicle .They did the vehicle and told me it was all done completed when I went to leave with the vehicle and started it. The tire warning light was on Going through the screen in the menu that it had no signal from the left front tire immediately shut the car off and went back in the facility. The service manager immediately said without even telling him what’s going on tire light yes of course what’s the problem I ask he tells me they tried to reset it four times and I don’t have an appointment for diagnostic today. He only 19 has two technicians there. I didn’t come in for diagnostic because the vehicle had no problems. No lights vehicle was scanned and written up and looked over by the service writer vehicle is immaculate condition them not knowing that I have been an automotive service professional for 45 years. Just try taking the wall over your eyes Telling me that he can’t do it and that I says well the TMS diagnostic is simple being a professional that worth taking me no more than seven minutes to do with a TMS relearn tool OK so even if they didn’t have a sensor if it was faulty, they could’ve just told me and explained it to me and made arrangements for another day instead of treating you like an idiot And very, very poor service performance.So I advise you to be careful and be on your toes because if they tried doing it to me who is a professional I can’t imagine what they would do to the regular general public and customers this is not a place that is customer friendly and you wanna go. They called me the following Monday morning and ask if I want to bring the vehicle in. I told him you think I am a moron or something in the interim I went to another Chevrolet dealer the same day on that Saturday and they took me in and welcomed me with open arms, diagnosed the problem ordered the part and set an appointment up for me to go back to have the vehicle returned and did it professionally and promptly quick and easy in and out that dealer should be commended, which is Island Chevrolet.
