The biggest thing I got from my experience was the fact

The biggest thing I got from my experience was the fact there was no pressure to buy. No pressure to hurry up and get off the lot. The test drive was pleasant. We worked with Austin V. He was knowledgeable and was eager to know what we were looking for instead of upselling us into something else. They have an awesome selection of vehicles and was very impressed with how smoothly it all went. We knew what we wanted so in just a couple of hours we were in and out and not an all day fiasco we have had at big name dealers. Will buy here again!

The biggest thing I got from my experience was the fact there was no pressure to buy. No pressure to hurry up and get off the lot. The test drive was pleasant. We worked with Austin V. A car is a car.

A car is a car. We are happy enough (so far) with the vehicle. It was a fair enough deal, all things considered. Giving them 3 stars is generous. When the salesman (family business.... dad, his brother, and a son) handed me the second key fob he pointed at a damaged fob and said, "it still works." Three days after buying the car, we were nearly stranded because the fob didn't work. It would not unlock the doors. Upon contacting the salesman, he said (paraphrased), "I told you it didn't work." That was a lie. I wouldn't have taken it if it didn’t work. After some discussion he said he would call back. Of course, that was a lie as well. When contacted one last time we were told to get lost. It isn't about the $60 it will cost me. Heck, we wrote a check for $17,500. You don't think we would squabble over 60 bucks. We made a mistake and drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a car we might have found closer because it was "small town family owned. Don't let that fool you!! I will hope the car is better than the businesses customer service.

A woman should be able to purchase a car herself.

Apparently you should have your husband with you. Very rude, over priced. Ryan told me did not appreciate being held hostage by a number from someone who would not come with me, (my husband). Very disgusted.
