Well located, very pleasant people to deal with, efficient. Never had a problem with the service. They don’t seem to push you to get extra stuff done, either.

Eric Williams is by far the best car salesman I've ever...

Eric Williams is by far the best car salesman I've ever encountered. I've bought 6 cars from 6 different dealerships over the years and he was the easiest to work with. He had the cars I wanted to test drive lined up and ready to go when we arrived and had the numbers figured as soon as we were done test driving all 3 vehicles. He found us a great deal on the exact car we wanted and didn't BS around with price. He also didn't jabber on and on about stuff that I didn't care about. Just straight to the point. He was also fantastic about taking to me and not my husband during the process. We told him it was my car so he was concerned with what I wanted not the husband. If you are anywhere near the DFW area and are considering a Subaru, or even if you're not, see Eric. He's excellent at what he does.

Great customer service by Madeleine and quick turn around on car repair. Received new transmission under 100k warranty for free. Performed recall quickly as well.

Took care of my car quickly. All wearing masks. State inspection very reasonable. Would still like to see you not provide food and beverage during this pandemic as it encourages folks to remove masks. Very nice customer service in non-pandemic times.
