I got to work with Gator Jay the internet Manager - he

I got to work with Gator Jay the internet Manager - he knew what I wanted and didnt try to up sale me on anything. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Lineup. Not very often that you leave a car dealership making a new friend but with him you definitely do.

DC#1, we are sorry that you feel negatively regarding your experience with us. After looking into your visit, we wanted to say we're sorry we couldn't meet on middle ground here. Unfortunately, your request to replace your brakes under warranty was not granted by Subaru USA after you reached out after we had originally declined it for not being able to replicate the issue and the brakes measuring almost new. As such, we have no basis in which Subaru USA will warranty a brake replacement as you requested. Brakes are wear and tear items that are designed to be replaced and unless found to be faulty in the way they operate. They are almost never covered under manufacturer warranty with rare exceptions. We apologize you feel that this should have been handled differently and we wish there was more we can do. If you'd like to have the brake job done at your expense quoted to you, we are standing by to assist. Best wishes!
