key fob program

Took a aftermarket fob in to get programmed and it didnt take. I spoke with Cody from Barkau and agreed to give it another shot with a different fob free of charge. Replacement fob came in and they had it in and out in great time. I currently left a review that wasnt so great, trying to find it to change. in the mean time I figured I'd write another. Good group of guys who communicate well with their customers.

over charged and lied to

Fixed a couple things on my van and took it in for an alignment, Half hr later I get a call from a guy at the Cedarville service center trying to convince me what all new parts my van needs, and hes literally naming off the parts I just replaced the day before. Needless to say I never went back there. Then went to dealership in Freeport to have a remote programmed, they talked me into spending another $45 to have the blank key cut, just to find out the programming didnt take and still charged me over $100. I'm not impressed.

Excellent Transaction!!

Excellent process for buying our used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon! They were quick and made the transaction very easy. Great salesman, and the Dealership was easy to make a deal with.

Great experience buying a car.

Quick process buying a car. Staff was very knowledgeable and polite. The facilities were clean and tidy. I would recommend buying a car from the dealership to my family and friends.

Oil change

Called to make appointment for oil change. Got in the day I wanted. Dropped Jeep off, it was ready to when I got back. Good price, it was cleaner then when I dropped it off.

Jeep Hunter

Very helpful during my search for a used grand cherokee. We could not agree on a price but I left on ok terms and the sales person said he would keep me in mind and contact me if anything came in I might be interested in.

From the very start until the end , the staff was very friendly and courteous, I had a towing package and running boards put on. The work was excellent. I have already told my friends and family that this dealership makes you feel welcome .
