We have experienced on several occasions from the service

We have experienced on several occasions from the service department of them not performing the job they checked off on their inspection reports. Missing parts, loose lug nuts, corroded battery, noises from wheels/brakes not heard before service. So far, the only good thing there has been the service Advisor Fernando. They need to evaluate there technicians performance better.

The customer service was great.

The customer service was great. Kayla was absolutely 💯 percent. no pressure and very patient. It was a smooth deal. Also couple of marks on vehicle i cannot get out.

The service from Adil was very good — he is knowledgeable

The service from Adil was very good — he is knowledgeable about cars and their features. The only reason this wasn’t a 5-star experience is the payment process, which is tedious and inconvenient. Once you make a transfer, you have to wait for it to be confirmed, but the finance staff leaves earlier than the sales department. There’s no way to reach them directly — I was told they don’t have a phone line and only communicate by email. I made the transfer the same day I visited the dealer, expecting to drive home in my Jeep Wrangler that day, but I couldn’t because the payment was never confirmed, so I had to return the next day. The check verification process was also unusual. The finance representative who assisted me wasn’t very familiar with it and had me speak to someone over the phone who verifies checks for them. That person confirmed everything was fine, but explained the dealer still needed to complete another step to obtain the approval code. Other than the payment and finance process, the overall experience was good.

AMAZING!

AMAZING! Gabriel offered excellent assistance. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very patient with me and helped me find the right car to fit my budget, needs and wants. I would definitely recommend talking to Gabriel. 10/10!

I always have a great experience when I come in for

I always have a great experience when I come in for service. Marcous Morton Is typically my service rep. Marcous is great but happened to be off, and Chris Caracciolo took care of me. Chris was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He Arranged for an Uber to take me home while they performed the service and replace the battery. He kept me informed of the status of the job. When my Jeep was ready he arranged have an Uber pick me up and bring me back down so I could get my vehicle. Everything was great
