Jeanie is excellent the best service I have ever had. She is friendly and cares about her customers needs and complaints. She makes sure to keep her customers posted on the progress of their vehicles. With her I know my vehicle is in the best hands. She makes sure she crosses all the T’s and dots all the I’s( that means she is thorough). I hope Management treats her to a lunch or dinner and a raise if she didn’t get one yet. Unfortunately the agent Jeannie that helped us was extremely unprofessional. We arrived for our appt and waited 45mins for the agent and her excuse was she thought we were waiting for our ride ( I’ve came in 2 cars but she never stopped to talk to us) since she never addressed the items that needed to get fixed as she was with a customer and I was tired of waiting. I’ve asked her to call me. She never did, I received a txt saying that the car was ready so I’ve called her at around 2pm and someone took a msg. So I’ve called her again at 4 and she said that she left me a voicemail (that’s was a lie) she confirmed that I could pick up the car. Once I got there the agent that helped me Eric informed the services that were done and I was very upset that she never asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I still had to pay. Very disappointing.
