It took 3.

It took 3.75 hours to get an oil change. My service advisor Bob was very good. The wait time is the reason I've decided to seek out another Dodge dealership or third party option for oil changes and other low level services.

The vehicle we had been praying on with all the accessories and upgrades needed just showed on the facebook page like a gift from God and Justin contacted me and Carlos finance MGR they were very professional and helped for this to happen. I TEXTED FERNANDO AFTER I FOUND OUT THAT MY CAR WAS NOT WASHED ONCE THE OIL CHANGE WAS DONE. HIS ANSWER WAS SO VAGUED THAT IT SEEMS LIKE IT WAS SCRIPTED. HE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE BEFORE HE SAID WHAT HE SAID. I REALLY HATE THAT I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP. I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE BEGINNING. THE LIES THAT WERE TOLD TO ME FROM THE START SO I DONT THINK I WILL SEE ANY GOOD IN THIS DEALERSHIP AS LONG AS I OWN MY CAR. THANK YOU.
