I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle at Central Florida Chrysler, and I must say that Sales Consultant Bruno De Souza made the experience truly exceptional. It was worth flying from New Jersey to purchase the truck at Central Florida Chrysler. Bruno's professionalism and product knowledge were immediately apparent. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, presenting me with the options available over the phone and sending me videos and pictures of all of them. What stood out was his patience - he never pressured me, allowing me to make a well-informed decision in a stress-free environment taking also the distance into consideration. Bruno's dedication to my satisfaction was very impressive, from securing a great deal to explaining all the vehicle features. The deal was way better than what I had here at the dealership close to my home. In summary, my experience at the dealership, thanks to Bruno, was outstanding. Be prepared to spend over $4000 above their asking price
Be prepared to spend over $4000 above their asking price after rebates. The plan is not negotiable and you must purchase it regardless of whether the items have been installed. They will tell you the website is malfunctioning regarding trade-in value of your vehicle, then will proceed under value your vehicle. The actual price of the vehicle won’t be revealed to you until after you begin to sign your purchase contract. They won’t acknowledge all of the rebates you are entitled to as well. Salespeople are powerless and/or clueless to the process.

Buying experience and negotiating was wonderful
Buying experience and negotiating was wonderful including Finance Manager Carlos his expertise and knowledge is amazing, BUT I’m very disappointed about one detail , My vehicle have dry mud in every crevice out side ,undercarriage and interiors including Mold on the roof inside which i didn’t notice until 4 o 5 days after checking the vehicle closely because the check engine pop up, also one fog light is full of water with mold , I spoke with someone by email and I thought they will take care of that when doing my service appointment, but never happened, so now I will have to hire a good car detailer which is not supposed to happen because the dealership charge a huge “Reconditioning Fee” otherwise buying experience with seller and Finance manager was good.
