Everyone was so friendly and ready to assist!

Everyone was so friendly and ready to assist! I was quickly directed into the wine and told how everything was going to work on a busy Saturday. Gregory, one of the service managers quickly came out and got me taken care of before I knew it. I was on my way out! I was in contact with multiple people there at the service center and they were all very friendly!

Very satisfied with the turn-around time and communication from Justin in the service dept. Impressed with the fact that there was a replacement camera in stock. Only dissatisfied a little with the quality of the replacement camera, as the picture is a little fuzzy or out of focus.

Sales team and sales management hide information and sold

Sales team and sales management hide information and sold a vehicle that was not ready to be sold. Was mislead about when vehicle would be ready so that I would sign the paperwork. Was promised vehicle in 48 hours and received vehicle 11 days later after manufacturer error was corrected. Now 22 days after purchase still have not received a set of keys for the vehicle. Door guards installed by dealer are already pealing and bubbling 7 days after delivery. Would not purchase from again.
