We stopped by the dealership to look at a new Tacoma, looking to downsize from 2 trucks to one. Bob McClain was able to take both of our trucks in trade for a new Tacoma. We did not feel pressured and the closing of our deal was very pleasant. Lisa Alsept went over all of the features and set up our phones to the Bluetooth. We would highly recommend Ferris Toyota to our family and friends.

I was looking to purchase a used pickup. I inquired about a used Toyota Tacoma and received a call from Bob McClain. Went to Ferris after work met with Bob and test drove vehicle. We came to an agreement on price very easily. Was able to drive truck home that day. Couldn't have been easier.

I'm giving 5 stars to Ferris and to Tom Jennings, the salesperson we dealt with. My wife and I drove a handful of vehicles in a number of price ranges (from the bottom of our budget to just over our budget) and they were excited to help and answer every question. We sealed the deal rather quickly and have had our vehicle (Toyota Rav4) back for oil changes and to replace a sensor. With each visit we experience 5 star service. The dealership, and Tom specifically, have won us over and will have our business the next time we need another vehicle.
