I live more than 2 hours away from the dealership and the staff were so accommodating. We were offered coffee or water as soon as we got there and everyone was so friendly. Yasser was amazing! So nice and down to earth. He was very patient and understanding the day of my test drive. He answered all our questions and then some. He was able to make me a great deal. The day of my pickup, Yasser personally called me to give a few reminders and a few things I didn't even think about. He kept saying to drive safe and we'll see whenever you get here. We arrived around 6pm and were greeted with a warm smile and friendly hand shakes. Everything was ready to go and Yasser assisted in setting up my satellite radio and phone. He even completely changed my licence plates in the freezing cold and was still smiling. There was zero pressure and felt like a family environment. I even got to see pictures and videos of his baby girl! I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. It was completely worth the extra drive!

I was a signed a purchase agreement with Oxford Dodge on October 27, 2018. I was trading in a 2013 Fiat on the purchase of a 2017 Jeep Renegade. An appointment was made for me to pickup my new vehicle and leave my traded-in vehicle for one week later on November 2, 2018. At the time of purchase, there was no mention of the ownership for the new vehicle, but Oxford Dodge already had the ownership of my traded-in vehicle. Upon returning home, I realized I had not been given the ownership to the new vehicle. I called Oxford Dodge on Monday, November 4, 2018 and was told Oxford Dodge had not even registered the purchase of the Jeep Renegade nor had they transferred the licence plates from my Fiat to the Jeep Renegade. Upon calling Oxford Dodge to get my ownership, I was advised by both the Used Car Sales Manager and the General Manager that this occurs often with Oxford Dodge and it was no big deal. I was told that the registration of my new purchase "would happen when it happened", Both managers were extremely condescending and rude. Do not pick up a purchased car from Oxford Dodge without checking to be sure they have actually completed all the registration and paperwork. Even better still, do not purchase a vehicle from Oxford Dodge. I certainly never will again.

We weren’t quite sure if we were going to go through Oxford Dodge until we met Deb. She not only was able to get our interest rate lowered but was able to make everything happen so quickly and answered all of our questions and if she didn’t know something she asked others that would know. She is amazing and if needed we will definitely come back to Oxford Dodge to see her again
