On Dec 7, 2024 I traded my 2020 Ram 1500 for a 2023 Ram

On Dec 7, 2024 I traded my 2020 Ram 1500 for a 2023 Ram 2500. It's now 5 months and they have not paid my trade in loan off. Read about it in the news "WAYENSBORO, Ga. (WFXG) - The Burke County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division has concluded a significant investigation into the Waynesboro Jeep-Chrysler Dealership. This follows allegations that the dealership accepted trade-in vehicles without satisfying existing claims. The investigation included conducting interviews and executing search warrants, leading to the discovery that seven individuals and eight vehicles had been affected by the dealership's practices. The Waynesboro Police Department also played a key role in supporting the investigation. Reports indicate that no arrests were made; however, restitution has been provided to all victims except one, whose case remains under judicial review."

Both purchases from dealership went smoothly but after

Both purchases from dealership went smoothly but after trading in last purchase and contacting dealership about gap insurance refund no one will call us back or answer emails. Never had this problem when trading any other vehicle.

Bought a car from them a month ago.

Bought a car from them a month ago. A car that they sold as is but with there "everything is great" sticker. Battery was bad, hydrolics on hood broke and a missing peice in car. I had to pull teeth to get a battery ( after they tested and still said was good) a lie from Matt. The tech that brought a battery to me said that they have list of stuff all the time on the cars but the managers dont give approval to fix. They knew about the hood but ignored/ didnt care. I was in touch with Antonio a Manger there. He said "this infuriates me and i will get to bottom of it, I will take care of it". Now i cant get him to return my call. I will never send anyone there to buy a vehicle. Is it to much to ask for you to fix what you knew was broken and missing.

Outstanding Dealership!!

Excellent service! Very honest dealership that does not rip people off for their money. I highly recommend them if you want great service. The sales team was very knowledgeable and their buying process was very simple.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable service team! I was in and out in no time! The service advisors kept me informed in every step of the repair. Brake job and oil change in only about 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! Online offer differs drastically from in store numbers. The price of the vehicle I was interested in went up $7000 and my trade in dropped by $1500. I was told the market changes. This was 18 hours after the online offer. Randy

Good service

The service department was great. They understood my needs and I was not there to long for my oil change. The only thing that could be better is the price of a oil change using synthetic blend was high when I can get full synthetic for about the same price at my local shop.

Good service, But..

The tune up service performed was great. But, on my work order they put the wrong odometer milage. Had to ask them to change it. It will take me well over my warranty limits.

Great Place to buy

i bought a new 2021 Ram Custumer 1500 great deal great price for my trade too. Just took it in for my free oil change and only $25 for a tire rotation . In and out in less than an hour
