My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Jimmy & Donovan did a great job assisting us through the entire process. My wife loves her new 2025 Buick Envista! I would definitely recommend shopping around at Step One Buick GMC Cadillac!

Very responsive and respectful which I truly appreciated. You can buy out of state and they have someone come to you so you don’t have to go to Florida!

Great dealership experience, they had a 5 series I was

Great dealership experience, they had a 5 series I was interested in, and were fair on my trade in. Super quick to respond, not pushy, very helpful, really balanced 'supporting' the purchase. James was highly communicative and sent a bunch of info on the car I wanted, and he and Mr Pink and I were able to come to terms on the trade in value. Would absolutely buy from these folks again.

I was very fortunate to have Shelli Payne work with me

I was very fortunate to have Shelli Payne work with me through this purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the XT6 Sport that I went there to look at and purchase. It is always a pleasure to work with someone who is so professional. She took her time going over all the accessories that are on the vehicle that I purchased. This was very important since my last vehicle, XT4, had few accessories.

I purchased my Buick in 2021 and I have it serviced at the dealership. Jessica has been excellent at getting me in and out because in retirement Pam and I are a one car family. Jessica did an excellent job just recently, Hat Tip to the mechanic and the shuttle drivers, John Henry and Noah. My Service Dog Jack loves the place. Scheduling was also excellent. Liam Holliday

We have purchased several vehicles from them over the

We have purchased several vehicles from them over the years. The last one was a used truck which we also purchased an extended warranty . After several issues with the extended warranty we decided to cancel it. We returned to the dealership and did the paper work to cancel it. After waiting several months we did not receive the refund. We returned to the dealership to find out that they never finished the processing of the refund. After about seven month we have not received our money back. Did step one just keep it? Never again Step One. In fairness we do like the service department.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Salesman didn’t have what I wanted but had a model higher. He fought the good fight to get me into it but at the end of the day I just couldn’t afford it. Facility was clean, test drive was great, friendly atmosphere.
