I was at the end of my lease and contacted a few

I was at the end of my lease and contacted a few dealerships. Bedford jeep with Lisa Fiocco came through big time. We had an approaching vacation and they we able to lock me into a Cherokee L before my trip. Lisa kept me informed throughout the build process and made the transition a smooth and quick procedure. Tonight we embark on our family vacation with our new Cherokee L and Lisa made this Huge potential issue seem small. Thank you Lisa Fiocco and Bedford Jeep. You always come through. BTW this will be my 7th car from this dealership.

I recently leased my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited

I recently leased my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Lisa and Bedford Jeep. I have to say that the experience exceeded my expectations. I live in Manhattan, and was very unsatisfied with the local dealers near to where I live. I am so glad I found Lisa and Bedford Jeep. We did the transaction completely online and over the phone. The car was at the dealership less than 2 months later. Knowing the supply chain issues affecting the industry I thought the wait would be longer. Lisa was great walking me through the car features when I went to pick up the car. Also special shoutout to Business Manager Anthony Iacomini. He was great walking me through the protection add ons. Although I denied most, he was a pleasure to work with and I could tell that his focus was a positive experience for me. No sneaky dealer add ons were installed without me knowing. Overall I can't recommend this dealership more!
