Near the reception desk, there was a bowl of candies and wet wipes. I grabbed both while waiting for a test drive. Silly maybe, but it felt homey.

Came in solo, no husband. Expected pushy sales. But it was respectful, calm, informative. Left with a Civic and zero regrets.

They really have their own approach.

They really have their own approach. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They didn’t just find one like it - they found one with 15,000 fewer miles. Clean inside, smelled new, paperwork done in an hour.

I liked the Nissan Pathfinder on the lot but wasn’t sure.

I liked the Nissan Pathfinder on the lot but wasn’t sure. The manager Vlad simply said, “Go home and think about it.” That sold me. I came back the next day and bought it. Love this "no pushing" approach.
