Everything was calm, polite, and clean. I sat there sipping coffee, scrolling through options on my phone. No one rushed me or hovered over my shoulder. I actually felt in control. That almost never happens.

It’s not just about selling.

It’s not just about selling. They helped with financing, paperwork, even delivered the car home. I took them up on that and they brought it the same day, even helped with the plates. That kind of care is rare.

I really liked the service approach.

I really liked the service approach. I came in to check the suspension, fully expecting the “replace everything” speech. But they just recommended balancing - it was honest. That kind of honesty in small things is what earns real trust.

I don’t know much about cars, but they explained everything in simple terms. No jargon, no passive-aggressive comments. They helped me compare a few models and I ended up going with a Buick I hadn’t even considered. Thanks for being clear and pressure-free.

Look out for their bait and switch tactics with

Look out for their bait and switch tactics with unnecessary dealer fees. $5k dealer certification fee, $1k shipping fee for a car that they didn't have to ship anywhere. $900 for LoJack that wasn't asked for. This is why people don't trust car dealerships anymore

The dealership is clean, the cars are neatly lined up, no chaos. A lot of showrooms look like junkyards, but this place feels well thought out. Inside it’s cozy, you can sit, browse VINs, and not feel watched.
