Very deceptive. Be cautious. Check everything before considering a purchase. Slaps fresh inspection sticker on car that I found at least 5 things that wouldn't pass a real inspection. I did my homework and asked all the right questions before going to look at their car. Had plenty of excuses for everything. Eventually knocked his doc few and took 2 grand of the car (lemon) to try and persuade me into taking it off his hands. You know there's something wrong if they offer you that discount. Run baby run!
