I made an appointment and arrived at my appointment time.

I made an appointment and arrived at my appointment time. They told me that they would upgrade the car computer, but couldn't do the diagnostic for the issue until the next day. Howevever, I didn't get a call. So I called the shop. They couldn't find the technician to give an update. After some more calls, I just went to the store to pick up my car.

I didn't like having to bring my car back after having it

I didn't like having to bring my car back after having it checked the first time to have work done on AC. Not the convenience I would hope for. But Paige was excellent as always and did her best to get my car back to me.
