Took 5 1/2 hours to purchase a used car, several mistake during transaction/financing. I keep getting the run around and have to call/text several times and things still aren’t taking care of three weeks later. Very disappointed at this point.

Very easy process! I went in for an oil change, saw a car I liked, walked up to the front desk and met TJ. He let me test drive and I got the vehicle! He answered all of my questions!
