Everything was good.
Everything was good. I appreciated that the waiting area that included tables, power and internet so I could do work while there. Paige was professional and easy to talk to.

When I made the appointment I was told I needed $800
When I made the appointment I was told I needed $800 worth of past due preventative maintenance. When I got there they did the inspection and said I needed $1260 worth of additional maintenance done as well. I declined all but the oil change I scheduled and the complimentary car wash. When at the counter to pay for my oil change I asked for a print out of all of the maintenance that needed done. I only received a copy of the stuff found that was 'needed' during the inspection not the rest. I found that out when I got home and was looking at the paperwork. I immediately called the dealership and let someone know and was told I would get that missing paperwork via email. It is now 2 business days later and I am still waiting on that paperwork. The car was never washed for the complimentary car wash like I was told it would be. 10/10 do NOT recommend KALIDY to anyone.

I took my new Kia sorento in for a software recall.
I took my new Kia sorento in for a software recall. They identified the need for an alignment. Since the car had less than 1,000 miles they did not charge for the alignment. They did shear the alignment bolt keeping my car 2 weeks before finalizing the repairs. They later shared the bolt was sheared due to it being a reverse threaded bolt. It appears someone missed the training updates. The service manager was very rude when we initially questioned the repairs.
