Gina was wonderful!

Be ware of over prices parts

Had car trouble and took it to Mountain view as a convenience. They charged $99 to diagnose and Auto Zone would have done at no charge. An air censor cost $317, I found the exact same one for $38 on line. Another cost for install of $100. Total bill was $520 but they did not charge for reprogramming. $520 for a $38 part. They also wanted $24 for a $12 air filter and $265 for new battery. I should have known better

Whatch out for the sharks in finance office

The sales people good but the finance manager just another shark and was my mistake not looking at the things I signed I put 2700 down and they added dock fees and gap insurance and other extras never even went over this just hurry up sign this so I need to try to get this loan bought out quickly

Good experience

The only buying issue we had was the finance company but the dealership assured us they would take care of it and they did. The overall buying experience was great, staff was friendly and made the purchase enjoyable. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the interior and bed of the truck. The dash had visible debris and there was food and trash under the front seat where the air vent sends air to the back. We didn’t see it until we got home. We will clean it up but something might need to be mentioned to the detail department for future clean outs. This is the only reason we are giving a rating of 4 stars instead of 5.

Poor service and incredibly dishonest people here.

The salesman and the finance manager lied continuously throughout the entire process. I should have went elsewhere. I will never return to ANY Nissan dealership.
