They always responded to my texts, calls, and emails.

They always responded to my texts, calls, and emails. They cooperated with the PPI that I had arranged (the car earned 95 out of 100 points, so I bought it. Even after the sale, Eric Cotto assisted me in documenting the provenance of my car, which shows his professionalism. I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a quality pre-owned luxury vehicle.

From the moment we walked in the door of the dealership

From the moment we walked in the door of the dealership and were introduced to Brian the whole purchasing process to buy our Aston Martin was made extremely easy. Brian was more than helpful and knew his subject matter about all the vehicles we looked at. I would highly recommend anyone to come to Aston Martin Palm Beach to purchase a vehicle.

Ken was very easy to work with and extremely

Ken was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating.He and Don worked with me as a 1st Aston owner to drive a number of vehicles in order to get comfortable. It was a much more friendly experience than many other dealerships. Two other places I visited never even offered to allow me to test drive. Ken had the vehicle prepped and delivered to me in 3 days.

I have owned 6 exotic cars in the last 10 years and Aston

I have owned 6 exotic cars in the last 10 years and Aston Martin of Palm Beach is the only time I have had any issues. Where too start, how about on the way home from the dealership the A/C AND the transmission broke. This was on an Timeless Certified Aston Martin "their CPO program". I bought two years of warranty not just the 12 months a CPO comes with, and some extra warranty coverage as well. The dealership attempted three times to fix the transmission it took almost three months. At one point a salesman said " I should just drive the car and ignore the really loud transmission noises, instead of complaining" the dealership had already attempted too fix the transmission two times when I was told that. One time I had to call the dealership parts department myself in order to get a ETA for some parts that were late because the service department was too busy to ask them. There is even more but this review will be too long. When I bought the car 9 days later the dealership sold my very low mileage AMG GTS I traded in it that was still under a Mercedes warranty for an additional 4 years so I couldn't undo this deal. They sold my old car for 10K more than they paid me for it. When they finally got the broken Aston Martin fixed I wanted nothing to do with it or this dealership any more so I suggested that they buy the now fixed car back from me at 12K less than what they sold it to me for. This would give them 22K in profit and a car that is better than what they sold me, and it cost me Three months of warranty 1000.00 prorated loss in addition to everything else. They said no the would only offer 26K less for their broken Aston. They wanted to make 37K profit for selling a broken CPO car to me. I called Aston Martin USA and they couldn't do anything to enforce compliance of their Timeless CPO program, what a valueless product. So the big picture is don't consider the Aston Martin CPO worth anything more than a extended warranty with the limitations of having to use the dealership for repairs. Your better off buying a used Aston Martin from an independent exotic dealer. You WILL save money and get a cheaper warranty for longer term that you can take anywhere to fix not just an Aston Martin dealership.

This situation keeps getting better. So after this operation "Aston Martin of Palm Beach,I don't consider this operation a dealership" informed me that my car was finally fixed I gave this operation and Aston Martin USA one last chance too do the right thing. They failed, no surprise. So I drove about 7 miles away, over to Ferrari, Maserati of Palm Beach and traded in the finally working Aston, for a beautiful Maserati Granturismo. So I owned an Aston Martin for a total of 3 months, it worked for a total of about 7 miles, and I lost about 30k in depreciation. After I bought my new Maserati I called The Aston Martin operation I only just left the Aston place hours before. I spoke with some people there about selling my old Aston and needing to cancel my warranties. I left a message for finance they never called back. two days late I did the same thing called, left messages no callback. Third time is a charm I thought did the same thing again, you guessed it no callback. This was roughly a week of wasting my time, however I found an excuse to go down to the Ferrari Maserati dealer and right after I went to Aston Martin. I waited too actually see the finance manager the man who sold me the Aston and it's warranties. When we went to his office he seemed shocked at hearing my story, and offered to expedite my warranty cancellation. He and I filled out some paperwork and he signed them and gave me copies. He said should be 8-10 weeks maybe quicker if he could. That was October first week of January I try calling no callback. So I call the number on the warranty paperwork. Come to find out that none of my warranties were cancelled. In fact the warranty company told me that they found my Aston warranty however it was never activated so it can't be cancelled. It appears that Aston Martin Palm Beach didn't want my car fixed under warranty because those repairs would be denied and throw up red flags. That's the words of the Aston Martin warranty department not mine. After that I call Aston Martin USA again and explain the new situation " remember I have signed documents from the finance manager saying that my warranties were being cancelled" concerned that my warranties might not even exist. I'm told it's being taken care of something tells me that this is not over. At this point I am amazed that these people are still in business. Aston Martin should take this dealership away from this ownership group. They tarnish the badge of Aston Martin by being allowed to continue operating.
