I contacted the sales team where I was put in touch with a man named Oleg. I had expressed interest in, and made an offer on a vehicle and instead of making a counter offer he starts to insinuate I can’t afford it. It didn’t stop there. I figured I’d cut my losses , but this business should know that they have a sales person with seemingly no sales, or people skills. The manager, Daniel, was blatantly rude. He wouldn’t let me get a word in, and kept talking over me. Don’t waste your time here.

I traded in a car with no issues, they gave me xxxx, trade-in value, they sold me a car that has a bad engine, not even a week later the engine locked up and seized, I was given a faulty warranty, made a claim, and the warranty company said that this is a pre-existing issue, and that means the dealership already knew about this problem before they have sold me the car so now I have a nice court case and I’m suing these xxxxxxxxxxxxx
