I took my 2021 Honda Pilot to Honda of Newnan for an oil

I took my 2021 Honda Pilot to Honda of Newnan for an oil change. My service associate, Tim, met me when I arrived and made sure what services I needed. He showed me where I could wait while my car was serviced. The wait area was clean and comfortable. I received a text letting me know the status of my vehicle and what services would be needed in the future. I soon received another text letting me know my car was ready. Tim offered to take it through the automatic car wash before I left. I never felt pressured to have additional services performed and I was satisfied with the service provided. Tim even helped me with a setting for unlocking my doors in one step. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was great as always.

Everything was great as always. Have never had a problem with this dealership any of the times I have used them. I bought my CRV new in 2019 and have used them for service. Always professional and very kind.

So it been 14 days since I made the purchase of the car

So it been 14 days since I made the purchase of the car finance it. Still no car still waiting for paper work and when I went to talk prices with the sales manager they basically gave me the cold shoulder and said if I don?t wanna make the deal we can part ways cause there number wasn?t what I had in mind and wanted it Togo lower. They stated they started paper work and there gona lose out on money and that I would have to pay for the over night shipping and all the extra stuff they had todo Then he lied and said if I wanna look at another car he would have to pull my credit again which was a lie Then said the sale has to be finalized by the end of the month also a lie Stated that the car was at the best price and that my number were incorrect also a lie. Overall only good thing that came out of this is meeting the sales person Kirstin she was great very nice very knowledgeable and kind to me. Can?t say the most for the sales manager rolling his eyes huffing and being aggravated and giving me a condescending smile.

Everyone at the dealership was awesome. Ardit & Andi are the best. We were able to finalize the deal before reaching the dealership. Tim the finance manager is very friendly , professional & honest. We would definitely be back. Would highly recommend this dealership.

I had an excellent experience, did not intend on

I had an excellent experience, did not intend on purchasing that day. I had called around to other local Honda dealers (AutoNation Honda) in Columbus GA and was basically told Saturdays are for sales not looking. My old car had died on me and I?d never had a Honda. The sales associate Kirsten was amazing, she didn?t make me feel pressured at any point during the process and worked with me on getting the price down to where I was comfortable. I love my new Honda civic sport touring hybrid in blue lagoon pearl. Kirsten answered all of my questions and made sure I was ok in moving forward.
