I was greeted very kindly and respectfully when I arrived. My vehicle was taken in right away. I was sent a video from the mechanic showing me what they were doing and Brian kept me updated and explained everything to me. The service area was very nice and they also had courtesy snacks and drinks available. I was very pleased with the service department.

Great service. Completed in the time promised. Explained all additional service needed beyond Audi care. Liked the video of the service inspection.
