Good experience with Tyler and Katie I purchased a
Good experience with Tyler and Katie I purchased a pre-owned X3 recently from Arrowhead BMW. It was a pleasant experience going through the purchase. I visited the dealership a couple of times to test a couple of vehicles, and there was no rush or pressure put on by the dealership. Pricing was transparent though one has to be diligent to review every line item when the final price is done. A couple of small items remained, which the dealership resolved quickly, and had the vehicle completely serviced. Would recommend the sales team of Tyler, Katie, Andre and Tony. They reached out post sales as well to check-in on the vehicle.

Service department charged $151 for a service that should have been covered under the BMW Ultimate Care plan--replacement of an engine air filter (a $25 part and a 5 minute job). Car was less than 3 years old and only 14k miles. Avoid this service department = I question their ethics.

Took my wife's 2022 BMW 330i x drive in for its third
Took my wife's 2022 BMW 330i x drive in for its third service. Car had less than 36k miles and less than three years old so still qualified for BMW Ultimate Care. Was told that the engine air filter was not covered and they charged $151 to replace it (a $25 part and 5 minute job). When pointed out that it was specifically covered under Ultimate Care was told it had been replaced in prior service--I have all service records and it had not. When questioned further they now say it had not reached the scheduled interval for replacement. Avoid this dealership for service--their ethics are highly questionable. I will be taking this to the State Attorney General.

Customer service was terrible.
Customer service was terrible. Sales person not responsive. Was told car would be detailed/it was washed but not detailed. A one year old certified 540i xdrive. Delivered with no floor mats. Asked three times before response that the used sales director said there were no mats. Wouldnt return my calls. Will never buy from them again.

AVOID ARROWHEAD BMW – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE
AVOID ARROWHEAD BMW – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away from Arrowhead BMW as possible. I made the mistake of purchasing a BMW i5 from them, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. I feel compelled to warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership: They do not stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers. Here’s what I’ve endured since purchasing my BMW i5: 1. Charging Port Issues: The charging port randomly refuses to open, leaving me stranded multiple times. A basic function that should be reliable simply is not. Every time this happens, I have to jump through hoops to get it working again. 2. Inconsistent Mileage Readings: The miles displayed on the dashboard don’t match how much I’m actually driving. This is not only concerning, but it also raises questions about the accuracy of the vehicle’s entire system. This is a critical flaw, and yet the dealership has offered no explanation or fix. 3. Shattered Console Glass: The glass on the center console mysteriously broke. Despite this being a defect, Arrowhead BMW had the nerve to tell me they weren’t responsible and refused to cover it. This isn’t just poor service, it’s a refusal to take accountability for their product. 4. Lagging Display: The display constantly lags, making it impossible to rely on for navigation or other functions. When I brought this up, they simply shrugged and said there’s no solution. How is this acceptable on a premium vehicle? 5. Collision Center Failure: After a minor rear-end collision, I took the car to their collision center. When I got the car back, there was a huge stain on the back seat that wasn’t there before. They promised to clean it, but when I returned, they admitted they couldn’t get it out and left it at that. This level of incompetence and lack of care is astounding. 6. Screeching Metal-to-Metal Noise: And now, the car is producing a loud, disturbing metal-on-metal screeching noise, making it completely undrivable. I’m currently waiting for a tow truck, yet again, because this car is an ongoing nightmare. Through all of this, Arrowhead BMW has been nothing but dismissive. They’ve denied responsibility for multiple issues that should clearly be covered under warranty. Their service department offers no real solutions, only excuses. It’s evident that once they have your money, they no longer care about you or the problems you face with their vehicles. This isn’t just bad service; it’s negligence. A luxury brand like BMW is supposed to stand for quality and reliability, but that is clearly not the case here. The fact that a vehicle this expensive can have so many serious problems, and the dealership can be so indifferent, is truly appalling. I urge anyone reading this to reconsider doing business with Arrowhead BMW. If you think this won’t happen to you, think again. This dealership has proven itself to be untrustworthy, careless, and completely lacking in customer service. Don’t make the same mistake I did – save yourself the frustration, stress, and money by taking your business elsewhere.

Hello,we were very disappointed with the outcome w had with Mike Jandran. He was very rude and disrespectful. He should not be working in customer service. He was a pure butthead(I wanted to use another word but I know I shouldn't). He said I'm not replacing no battery ,it was on the invoice for a battery and the car might have been sitting. I informed the Manager and the salesperson. I also filed a complaint with customer service Talitha. He should be placed on leave I see there are others in here complaining about Mike. So sad

Wouldn’t recommend buying any used car from here or
Wouldn’t recommend buying any used car from here or trading in your current vehicle. They barely put the cars through the shop and don’t repair safety issues, also if you don’t remove all your stuff from the trade in they will give you back half of it and keep the expensive items. I’ve been selling cars for over 3 years now and wouldn’t tell any family friends or anybody to buy a car here. To prefix this I work at a Jeep dealership and was shocked at how terrible the high line service was. I purchased a 2019 Audi sq5 and traded in a 2017 Honda accord. The used car manager Mike Jandran was very rude and condescending to me stating I wasn’t the decision maker because I was calling my dad and boyfriend on concerns I had about the vehicle for their advice. Then tried to tell me that brakes measuring at 4mm were almost brand new… he got very angry and rude when I asked if I could bring the car to my mechanic to take a look at it, he laughed in my face said absolutely not because he knows he sells quality cars and than said how about I take your car to a mechanic and then give you a different value for it. He refused to show me the inspection report saying that it wasn’t loading for him. I asked for them to send me it the next morning and got the run around for a whole day about how they have to get the inspection report from service… which isn’t how it works because a used car manager approves the work to used cars and has access to all inspections and reports on them. At the end of the second day asking for it they sent me a generic fake looking inspection report that looks like a checklist and had the brakes all measuring at 6mm when they were at 4mm I loved the vehicle so I decided to move forward, I texted my sales lady Rebekah Sanchez letting her know I had a pre approval and I was going to come at 4:30. I got there and started filling out the credit app to do the financing with them and my credit union and they told me that there was a customer coming in 30 minutes to buy it cash and if they did before I signed documents they would get the car first even though I was there filling out credit and already agreed on numbers… I did the credit app and watched the sales lady walk around the show room while she sat me in the service lobby and I waited 2 hours for her to tell me I was the one getting the car and I could go to finance after all. Dawn helped me in finance and she was absolutely amazing the only good part about the experience. While I was in finance Rebekah came in to ask for my trade keys never asking if I needed to get something from it or anything. After we finished the paperwork I asked to get stuff out of the car I was trading in and she said it was on a different lot already and the key was locked up said I could come in the next day. I kept following up with her for a couple days and she kept saying she had to email someone to be able to get access to my car to get stuff out of it. I finally came in to get my stuff and didn’t look until I got home and they only gave me the shopping bags I had missing my favorite $150 lululemon sweatshirt. A week went by and Rebekah told me they didn’t find it in the car when my car was posted online with the sweatshirt in the pictures. Than I went through the car wash and my light came out of the car hanging on barely and I asked them what they could do about it and no response no nothing, that happened only 19 days after me owning the vehicle. Long story short this dealership is not friendly and welcoming and they don’t care about long term relationships and building relationships with customers. Maybe different managers and sales associates provide a better experience but Mike and Rebekah made me regretting buying a car I was super excited about from them and took away all excitement from buying a new car.

Worked with a Tyler in sales.
Worked with a Tyler in sales. Did a bait and switch with a 2022 M850i. They claim they have this car but when asked to provide photos they claim it’s either on a test drive or being used as a service rental. They have no mention of the vehicle being used as a service vehicle, can’t provide photos or video and can’t provide accurate miles.

Slow service.
Slow service... A bit overpriced alignment- was quoted almost $300. I showed service person average price via Google search, offered me a $60.00 coupon. Will NOT see Colin again. 8/3 update: flat tire Steve told me to come in at 1:30. Sat down and showed me the cost. Told him about my tire insurance- said won't happen since Saturday. He was really gruff so asked to speak with manager. DEVIN KASS kicked me out due to last review "get your crappy xxx car out of here and never come back".
