From the time we walked in the doors to the time we left we received A+ customer service. When you left you felt like family. Don Fuller is very personable and professional. Owen the finance manager is great to work with. They answer any questions you have and go the extra mile. Chad in the service department is wonderful to deal with as well. He saw us there purchasing the vehicle and came over to talk with us. Jeremy in the parts department helped us get the items we needed even though it was closing time so that they would be in the next day. I recommend coming to Peru Ford if you are looking for small town customer service. You are not just another customer to them. They all work as a team to make you feel like a customer should feel which is very hard to find now days. I am big on great customer service.

We traded our 2013 ford escape for a 2019 ford edge and couldnt be happier. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had and Owen was able to get us the financing we wanted, with all our questions answer. They were both great to work with.

Truly a pitiful 2nd experience, embarrassing even. Only been off the lot for 3weeks now. I understand people have their days, but to have your customer service rep quite literally laugh at you and make a joke out of you through text, and then on top of that tell you your $16,000 is insignificant when you are trying to work with them to fix a problem they made is unacceptable. I originally voted a 4* rating, and after that it quickly went down hill. I give credit when credit is due, and this time people should know what they could possibly be getting into with Steven in the long run. Thankful the dealership at least is fixing the issue.
