Pickering Honda

We've bought recently our 2021 CR-V Sport from Pickering Honda and it was a great deal. Low mileage, very clean car and reasonable price. What made it more a wonderful experience was having Mr. Sunil Patel, as our car sales rep., who's very professional and excellent in helping me and my husband find the car that we wanted. Mr. Patel was so accommodating, friendly, very knowledgeable about the cars and well- organized and made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Mr. Mohamed, the manager was kind enough to give us a great deal. Even their finance officer, Kimberly, was very kind and efficient in processing our purchase. Met some of the nice bosses too. Overall, Pickering Honda has a friendly atmosphere, clean facility and respectful staff and great cars to offer. PH is the BEST, I would say. Thank you so much for your great service especially to Mr. Sunil Patel ( our new found friend aside from being our rep :-)

Not inspecting the vehicle properly during the maintenance service and performed unsatisfactory service in spite of heavy labor charges, Leaks observed next day after performing the maintenance which is charged as additional cost. They are creating more works to get more money from the customers. During second time service. The dealer did not provide rental vehicle although they two took two days for maintenance.

I was extremely unsatisfied with their behaving. The sales manager and the finance manager was very disrespectful. Customer satisfaction is something they don't consider. Due to their business tactics we had to purchase the car which we don't like from them in the color and date of delivery as per they like.
