We would like to Thank the following 4 employees at Pickering Toyota for amazing customer service and help. Nigel, Kaesheva, Jeet and we believe the mechanic’s name was Alan. We are in Ontario visiting from Cape Breton Nova Scotia and encountered an issue with our sunroof, it would not close, your staff went above and beyond to fit us in to look at our Tundra and try and solve the issue. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t available for our truck to be fixed but they got the sunroof closed, advised us of the issue. Since we wouldn’t have time to wait for the part to arrive to get it fixed, they gave us a detailed explanation for us to give to our Toyota dealership when we get home. Your staff showed us exactly why we choose a Toyota Tundra, Toyota went above and beyond for us visiting Cape Bretoners.

Responsive, friendly, clear communication, George was well prepared and provided a personal experience for us. We were very pleased with the outcome.
