McCarthy Ford Service Dept. Nightmare On May 5, 2025, I purchased a new Car Battery and 4 perelli tires from McCarthy Ford for my 2015 Ford Edge Sport. Upon purchasing Perilli tires from McCarthy Ford, I also purchased a new TPMS Sensor as I was informed by the Stevie (the Service Advisor) that a new Sensor was needed. I never received any warranty documentation on the sensor, battery or tires, that I purchased from McCarthy Ford. Upon speaking with Stevie (the Service Advisor) on May 6, 2025, I inquired about warranties for the battery, TPMS Sensor, and Tires. Stevie told me via telephone on May 6, 2025, that there were are no warranties on the tires, battery, or tpms sensor. WHICH WAS A LIE! The service department receipt that I received from McCarthy Ford states: “ALL GENERAL PARTS INSTALLED ON THIS VISIT HAVE A 2 YEAR UNLIMITED WARRANTY”!! WHICH MEANS THE TPMS Sensor has a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty……. I WAS LIED TOO!!! On July 16, 2025, while perusing the McCarthy Ford website, I discovered coupons for: 1). Buy four select tires, get up to a $125 rebate or earn up to 27,000 FordPass® Rewards bonus Points. * On these name brands: Goodyear®, Bridgestone, Yokohama®, Michelin, Hankook, Firestone, Pirelli, Toyo®, Cooper®, BFGoodrich®, Kelly®, and Uniroyal®. 2). Motorcraft® Tested Tough® MAX Batteries, starting at $199.95 MSRP, or redeem 40,000 FordPass® Rewards Points. * With 36-Month Battery Replacement Warranty Per the McCarthy Ford website, I am to receive a 125.00 rebate on the tires that I purchased, and there is a 36 month warranty on the car battery I purchased. On June 6, 2025, I returned to McCarthy Ford due to my NEW TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SENSOR malfunctioning and displaying a“low tire pressure” reading. Upon my arrival, McCarthy Ford’s service technician allegedly performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle which included: 1). Checked all fluid levels 2). Inspect wiper blades 3). Test Battery 4). Inspect Tires and Brake Wear 5). Inpect Safety Systems and components for leakes and damage. A multi-point inspection was allegedly conducted. To fix the issue, McCarthy Ford claims to have RESET TPMS Sensor and set air pressure. TO NO AVAIL. Today, July 13, 2025, I went outside to start my car and noticed that my TPMS Sensor displayed: Driver Side front tire – 1 PSI Driver Side back tire – 27 PSI Passenger Side front tire – 38 PSI Passenger Side back tire – 24 PSI Much to my dismay my brand new driver’s side tire was completely flat and the other tires are nearly flattened. Per the service department invoice dated June 5, 2025, all issues related to my TPMS was resolved. I am PISSED! McCarthy Ford did not fix the issue! I believe that the Perilli tires are defective……… On July 14, 2025, I returned to McCarthy Ford in an effort to get the tire issues fixed. Per my conversation with the service department, my front left drivers tire had an alleged hole in the sidewall. (the tire was previously checked by a mechanic prior to me having my car towed to McCarthy and their was no hole), and I needed new brakes all of a sudden. No other information was given regarding the the other 2 tires and why they deflated! I instructed the Service Advisor to fix my breaks – ($679.90 for brake pads and rotors). On July 16, 2025, I picked up my Ford Edge Sport from McCarthy Ford and was told that a thorough inspection has been conducted on my tires and tmps system and everything was fixed. TO NO AVAIL…. Today, August 11, 2025, I went to the grocery store, and the local gas station to procure gasoline. Upon leaving the gas station, my TPMS Monitor light displayed a warning of low tire pressure. Driver Side front tire – 27 PSI Driver Side back tire – 30 PSI Passenger Side front tire – 38 PSI Passenger Side back tire – 27 PSI I WANT MY CAR FIXED AS I PAID MCCARTHY FORD $2,141.63 for services that I apparently did not receive.

Disappointed and angry
The worst customer service, Sold me a very bad Suv 2017 Ford Escape, 67000 miles and the suv is not running had transmission problems. Will never drive a ford again and should sue. After paying 5800 to pay in full it breaks don’t. No warranty, and no compassion at dealership, they sell you junk and you supposed to pay to fix it. The worst vehicle I’ve ever had. Never again!!!!!!

Save yourself ; go elsewhere.
If i were able to select a lower rating, I would. I found this dealership's practices to be dishonest, deceptive and simply repugnant. The salesman was totally dishonest and engaged in a numbers shell game; alleging to offer a meager MSPR discount while attempting to hide the exact same amount debited elsewhere. I was insulted and treated with a total lack of respect. I was able to broker a deal for the exact same truck at a different dealership for FAR lower than McCarthy's sales team offered; although they continually asserted that they were offering the car at invoice. I strongly urge anyone considering buying here to beware.

Terrible on all fronts
Had my car (that I bought from them) in there to be repaired on multiple occasions because they would fix a single part and ignore all the damaged items they took off to get to it. The salesman lied about the interest rate and I didn't find that out til my first payment. They had my car for over a month to do a trans censor (that another dealer did within a day) only to have to have it redone at a reputable dealership afterwords. By far the worst run, shoddiest repair center and all around most untrustworthy dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.
