Experience was overall average and what you should expect from a Land Rover dealer. Clean, professional, attentive, etc. The salesperson knew and understood the vehicle we were looking at. We did not end up making the purchase with this dealer, because the price/value was not as good as most other LR dealers we considered. Additionally, after the appointment and test drive, there was zero follow-up from the sales person or sales management. Whether we bought a car from there or not really didn't seem to matter much to them. Otherwise, everything was acceptable and average.
