Sales department was quick and courteous and was able to get the necessary parts, relays, and wiring harness in 1 work day. Super customer service buy the service department . Installation of my parts took place very quickly. They also keep you abreast of everything that going on and keep you updated if a problem occurs. . They will provide a ride from their facility to you home and return again if necessary.

On Saturday my wife turned her 2021 Nissan Altima off.
On Saturday my wife turned her 2021 Nissan Altima off. On Sunday it wouldn’t start we called miracle Nissan to see when I could have it towed to their service department. They said we have 10 am appointment if you could have it towed. The car was picked up at 8:00 am it arrived at 8:30 pm. They called me at 9:00 am to inform me it would checked out let me know on Tuesday the car would be ready by 9:00 am the next day. Once I got there on Tuesday the service advisor told it under warranty still and told me our problem was a dead battery. We were gone by 9:14 am. The customer service was outstanding.
