I had a truly frustrating experience with this dealership that I feel compelled to share. I was in contact with Josh the day before my scheduled test drive and had everything confirmed for first thing the next morning. However, upon arriving on time, I was greeted with a delay—Josh showed up 20 minutes late because he had gone out to grab breakfast burritos for his team. Fine, things happen, but that’s just the beginning of the issues. Once Josh finally arrived, we were told that the car I was there to test drive had already been sold. The worst part? They knew the car was no longer available and never bothered to contact me to cancel or reschedule the test drive. My wife and I packed up our toddler and drove over an hour for absolutely nothing, which was a huge waste of our time and energy. It’s beyond frustrating when a dealership doesn’t take basic steps to respect your time, especially when you’ve already confirmed details. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
