Laguna Motors

Made an appointment to go check out a car. This place is two hours away. An hour into our drive they tell us the car isn’t on the lot and not available. They tried to make it write by traveling to us but 40 minutes later they backed out of doing that too. Maybe if your close to the business it won’t be a waist of time but I have nothing good to say about this place.

The buying experience at Laguna Motors blew me away. I was wary of buying from a used car dealership, but this was totally different. I didn’t feel pressured in any way. My car was priced well, came with a warranty, and they kept in contact with me to make sure I didn’t have any problems. It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had and that I’ve ever heard of. I highly, highly recommend buying from this place. I tell all my friends and family about them. And if I ever buy another used car, it will be from Laguna Motors.

I tried reaching out to these folks because we found a car we wanted to buy same day. They emailed me with a generic email each time. Even though I was detailed about price and pre-approval for financing. Never got a phone call. I was annoyed. They lost out.

Not what you would expect. It’s in an office building with only about 15 cars in the parking lot. Low overhead, friendly staff, nice cars, great deal and an easy, no pressure sale. Magan worked with us and she was awesome. I give them an A plus!
