I met with Alex and I have never been disrespected like that in my life. He was incredibly rude and condescending, he spoke down to me like I was a child, and he couldn't give me a solid answer to any of my questions about the car. When I told him that I wasn't interested and was going to look elsewhere he said "Thank you for wasting my time" and slammed the door in my face. The location of the dealership also was very sketchy, everything just felt off about this place. 0/10 I definitely don't recommend doing business with this man.

We were car shopping for a Christmas gift. My husband called Alex on Friday to inquire about a Mercedes E350 that he had. He was extremely helpful and polite, informed us about the car and what to expect out of this vehicle. On Saturday we had few appointments in Orange County and on the way back we called Alex to ask if we can view and possibly purchase the Benz. It was after hours for the dealership, but he accommodated us and waited for us until a little after 5 pm. When we arrived the car was detailed and washed, in a perfect selling condition. The paperwork was ready to go and we had a successful and very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from The Valley Car Guy. Alex was very transparent with everything that we asked, accommodated our toddler with coloring book and markers. We were in and out for less than one hour. Being a matter of fact business owner and valuing your clients time and your own time is important . Highly recommend this dealership.
