TL;DR: Wills Toyota is a straight-up scam operation.

TL;DR: Wills Toyota is a straight-up scam operation. Lied about the cars condition, covered a massive hood mark with garbage touch-up paint, refused to work with me on price, and only offered a cheap paint pen to “fix” the damage. They sold me a warranty they didn’t understand, lied about starting the ceramic coating just 30 minutes after (which was complete xx—they took 2 months to send me the title), and dragged the nightmare on for 3 months. Avoid these clowns or get burned. AVOID SALES MANAGER RICH JEREZ AT ALL COSTS!!!! — he doesn’t know what he’s selling. Don’t let their friendly attitudes or 4.9-star reviews fool you; they’re still a sleazy car dealership. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wills Toyota is a COMPLETE joke — liars, scammers, and utterly clueless about what they’re selling. I was told the car had a “small mark” on the hood, and when I asked for pictures, they conveniently “forgot” to send them. They insisted it was minor and wouldn’t be noticeable. Total xxxxxxxx. Showed up to find a massive, ugly mark on the hood that they tried to cover up with the absolute worst touch-up paint job I’ve ever seen. It looked like a toddler did it. Then they had the audacity to claim the previous owner was some old man who babied the car. I caught one of their OWN EMPLOYEES ADMITTING the previous owner was a kid. complete lie. When I pointed out the hood damage, they refused to work with me on price and only offered a cheap paint pen to “fix” the damage. Every professional I spoke to said the entire hood would need repainting to fix it properly, which would be around $500. On top of that, I bought an extended warranty sold to me as a 6-year, 100k-mile bumper-to-bumper. The sales manager didn’t even know the details — turns out it was only 4.5 years and 93k miles. They don’t know what they’re selling, and they don’t care. I changed my mind about the ceramic coating within 30 minutes, but the sales manager lied outright when he said they had already started it. The real joke? They took two whole months to send me the title. The ceramic coating was never started on time, and when it was finally done, it was garbage — sloppy and unprofessional. The whole nightmare lasted THREE MONTHS after the sale. Avoid the sales manager RICH JEREZ at all costs — he doesn’t know what he’s selling. Don’t be fooled by their friendly attitudes or the 4.9-star reviews they probably paid for. Wills Toyota is a sleazy car dealership that will lie to your face, waste your time, and leave you frustrated. Save yourself the headache and run far, far away.

I like their selection of cars and it was cool keep the shop department so nice and open that you can actually see how great they work on your car; there was new lady Kali that helped answering questions I had while I was there and if she did not know she took me to someone to find out.

I recently had a battery issue in my 2011 Toyota

I recently had a battery issue in my 2011 Toyota Highlander Hybrid that I bought from Wills Toyota back in 2021. Tow truck couldn't charge it (completely dead) so I had it towed to Wills. Nazerus was able to get me in when they were booked solid. Brynn handled it from there. It was late in the day so she sent me home with a loner car. I had appts the next morning so I was relieved I had transportation--a zippy Toyota Avalon! Once we got the battery priced and inserted, she (and Sergio) explained how a 12 volt battery's life depends on usage. The more you drive the longer the battery lasts. This was news to me. Brynn also took the time to show me the engine on my hybrid; where to put the charge and ground if I ever need it--as well as coolant, windshield fluid, etc. She was patient while covering all of my questions with knowledge & professionalism. I will seek her out specifically when I need service again. Thank you Brynn!

I have had two bad experiences, one in sales and one in

I have had two bad experiences, one in sales and one in service and will never go back. Bad enough to write a review, which I rarely do. In the sales experience, they only addressed my husband even though the truck was for me (clearly they didn't realize that). In service, they messed up my appointment even though I called to confirm twice. I took and afternoon off work to get to the appointment (1.5 drive each way) so I got an oil change instead (which I didn't really need) and it took twice as long as they said. Then, they didn't even fix my blinker (I asked them to and they said they would)-- which would have been the one savior of the day.

Jake Dixon was phenomenal!

Jake Dixon was phenomenal! He worked with me on everything that I wanted and was so patient. After the purchase was made he even went as far as driving my new car to the place I had to drop off my rental. Definitely the best experience I have had buying a car. Thank you Wills Toyota!

Tried to charge me $2,000 over MSRP as a “market

Tried to charge me $2,000 over MSRP as a “market adjustment” No other dealers I contacted about ordering this same vehicle even mentioned this. Salesman Jeremy was condescending on the phone and told me “they only like to sell to locals” (I live 2 hrs away) so that the people they sell to bring their cars in to their dealership for service. Feel like they tried to rip me off because I’m female. The other reviews probably had no idea they were getting ripped off. Disgusting
